Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of loose winding to improve the insulation of an electromagnetic device by a method wherein a bobbin is wound up over the overall width at constant height, and insulating materials are wound up along the internal surface of both flanges up to the flange with the winding added between the both insulating materials at the stage prior to the finish. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin 4 is wound up with the winding 8 over the overall circumference to form a coil 1, and the insulating materials 9, 10 of required width are wound up along the internal surface of the flange 5 on both ends of the winding 8 up to the height of the flange 5. Further, a winding 8a continuous to the winding 8 is added between the insulating materials 9, 10. The bobbin 4 is coated over the overall circumference with insulating tape 6 including the surface of the winding 8a and the insulating materials 9, 10 and inserted between an E type iron core 3 and T type iron core 3a to change to an electromagnetic device. The clearance between the coil 1 and the core 3 is removed to prevent the occurrence of loose winding. Thus, the insulating of a winding is improved simultaneously allowing the miniaturization of an electromagnetic device.
