Abstract
PURPOSE:To contribute to the enhancement of insulation of the molded coil by a method wherein a fiber reinforcement member protruding on the base part of lead conductors are cut off and the cut end part is joined to the side face of lead conductors. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforcement being impregnated with a thermosetting resin is wound around on a spool 1 to form an inside insulating layer 3, a winding conductor is wound around on it to form a winding 4 and the lead conductors 5 of the winding 4 are provided. The fiber reinforcement being impregnated samely with the resin is wound around on the winding 4 to form an outside insulating layer 6. Accordingly the protruding part 6a of the fiber reinforcement is formed on the base part of the conductors 5. Thereupon when the quantity of the protruding part 6a corresponding to the size of breadth of the conductors 5 is cut off and the cut end part thereof is joined to the side face of base part of the conductors 5, the protrusion can be eliminated. Then after the fiber reinforcement being impregnated samely with the resin is wound around on the outside insulating layer 6 to form an outermost insulating layer 9, it is heat-treated. Accordingly because no gap 7 is generated at the both sides of base part of the conductors 5, the insulation can be enhanced.
