In order to ensure this, a bobbin molded with insulating resin is attached to the magnetic core, and a lead wire is wound over the bobbin to form a coil.

That is, in a magnetic head in which a lead wire is wound around a magnetic core to form a coil, the magnetic core is covered with an insulating covering for electric wire, and the lead wire is connected to the magnetic core through the insulating covering. It is wrapped. In this case, the insulation sheath for the electric wire can be one obtained by removing the rectangular conductor of a commonly used rectangular electric wire and cutting it into a predetermined length.
[実施例] 次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明する。[Example] Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

The magnetic head 1 of the present invention includes an insulating coating for electric wires on a portion that will become a magnetic core 4, which is a part of a U-shaped winding portion 3, which is protruded from one end of a slider 2 made of Mn-Zn ferrite. The lead wire 7 is wound around the magnetic core 4 with the insulating cover 5 interposed therebetween. Insulation resistance between the magnetic core 4 and the lead wire 7 is ensured by the insulation coating 5.

I am using a cut piece. In this case, after the cutting, a cut is formed in the longitudinal direction and the magnetic core 4 is mounted so as to cover the magnetic core 4. Since the insulating cover 5 is naturally manufactured in the process of manufacturing commonly used electric wires, it is not necessary to specially manufacture it using a mold like a conventional bobbin.

Since the lead wire is wound around the magnetic core through the insulating coating, the magnetic head can be manufactured at low cost. Furthermore, unlike conventional bobbins, there is no occurrence of flash, so there is no loss of reliability of the magnetic head, and it is possible to supply a magnetic head with stable performance.
