Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the high quality low cost titled sheet having a scarecely colored back surface by providing a releasing layer containing a color former and a color developing agent in such a manner that at least one of them is encapsulated to the back surface of a support by one time coating in an aqueous dispersion system. CONSTITUTION:To the back surface of a support (e.g. a sheet like article such as a paper or a synthetic paper) 1, a releasing layer containing both substances of a color former[e.g. 3,3-bis(P-dimethylaminophenyl)-6-dimethylaminophthalide (Crystal Violet lactone) or the like]and a color developing agent (e.g. multivalent metal salt of aromatic carboxylic acid, phenol aldehyde polymer or the like) in such a manner that at least either one of both substances is encapsulated is provided by one coating process in an aqueous dispersion system to obtain the pressure sensitive copy sheet. This pressure sensitive copy sheet is provided with the releasing layer 2 by one time coating and exellent in transfer efficiency of the releasing layer thereof and forms high quality color image 4 by pressurizing the same.
