Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the temperature at a high accuracy with reduced level of a self-generated heat of an element varied in the impedance depending on the temperature by applying a voltage to the element intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 9 interrupts the current of a stabilizing DC power source 2 by opening or closing a switch gear 11 such as analog switch depending on a rectangular pulse fed from a synchronous signal generator 10. Interrupted current is applied to a thermistor 4 through a bridge circuit 3. A detector section 12 detects a voltage value of the thermistor with the bridge circuit 3 and amplifies 5 it. A synchronous detector 13 as a sampling hold circuit holds an output voltage of a differential amplifier 5 until the subsequent pulse is input by the same pulse as the rectangular pulse fed to the switch gear 11 from the synchronous signal generator 10 and outputs it to an output terminal 14.
