Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve insulating property by pressure pouring molten conductive metal without providing insulation treatment on a groove wall of an iron core laminated body, and then, forming a gap between the groove wall and the casting conductive metal by heat treatment at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a condition that a rotor core 13, which was formed by laminating a plurality of electromagnetic core sheets in which a large number of grooves are cut on the outside circumferential edge, is arranged in a metallic die, melt of a conductive metal, such as aluminum, etc., is poured by pressure so that a conductive bar 14, which was cast in the groove of the rotor core 13, and end rings 15, which are connected to the conductive bar 14 on the both ends of the rotor core 13, can be formed in an integral body. At that time, pouring of the molten conductive metal by pressure is conducted without providing insulation treatment on groove wall of the rotor core 13, and after the completion of pouring of the molten metal by pressure, the rotor is heated at a temperature between 300 deg.C-500 deg.C, and after cooling, a gap is formed between the groove wall of the rotor core 13 and the conductive bar 14.
