Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain rare earth magnet with the excellent magnetic properties by preventing the component from vaporizing by means of fully packing with a metal foil in the process of sintering and heat treatment of magnetic matter. CONSTITUTION:Alloyed powder of more than one kind of rare earth elements and of more than on kind of other elements is mold into magnetic matter within a magnetic field with the press pressure which is fully packed by a metal foil one over another and compactly. As pack material the metal, which is proof against high temperature, for instance, of 1,300 deg.C and moreover as far as possible easy packing soft material is preferred, further the material as much as to absorb oxigen, for instance, the stainless steel, which is an alloy of Ta, Ni, Ti and Fe-Cr-Ni is good. Thereby more excellent magnetic properties can be obtained.
