Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for tests by testing programs by making it possible to test automatically and constantly whether data supplied from a control unit to a controlled unit have been stored in the register correctly. CONSTITUTION:Separator circuit 23 is placed on data bus 12 and after data transfer to register 18 ends during a data transfer cycle, separator circuit 23 is put in a separation state at the timing of timing generating circuit 27. The content of register 18 written now is read out by read circuit 21 and data from the control unit are compared by comparator circuit 26 with data from register 18 to test automatically whether data stored in register 18 are correct or not, so that there will be no need to make tests by testing programs especially.
