Abstract

PURPOSE: To print out a TV picture as a still picture by making it possible to print a picture corresponding to transmitted picture data by scanning speed change by performing read and print repeatedly for every picture data of each horizontal scanning line in order.
CONSTITUTION: In case that a signal to display a luminous point on a receiver where the screen is scanned is formed, counter 11 to count horizontal display lines is cleared by a vertical display gate signal, and coincidence between the output of counter 11 and the output of counter 15 which counts horizontal lines dependently upon the output of FF 14 is detected by coincidence circuit 12. Command signal W/R obtained by outputting the output of circuit 12 through AND gate 13 is applied to buffer memory 3, and one-horizontal scanning components of picture data are written; and when counter 6 counts a prescribed value, data of memory 3 is read, and data da is inputted to printer PRT. Then, signal W/R from gate 13 is applied as master simultaneous signal MS, and further, bit clock BCL of data obtained by processing the clock from oscillator 16, etc., are applied to printer PRT.
