Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the power loss of a hydraulic circuit and to also reduce the heat of oil by utilizing the excessive oil of a pump as a refrigerating power source in the hydraulic circuit for operating an actuator by a single pump.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of main stream lines 2aW2d are branched in parallel from discharge line 2 of a pump 1. Flow control valves 3aW3c, directional control valves 4aW4c and actuators 5aW5c are interposed at three lines 2bW2d of the lines 2aW2d. A refrigerating power source 8 is connected through a pressure reducing valve 6 and a solenoid directional control valve 7 to the line 2a. A line 15 is branched from the line 2 to a tank 14a, and interposed with a relief valve 16 and a cooler 17 in series with each other. Thus, the operating cycle of the power source 8 is increased or decreased in response to the excessive oil produced in response to the number of stopped actuators 5a, 5b,... to thereby reduce the power loss and the excessive oil is cooled by the cooler 17 to thereby reduce the heat of oil.
