Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic excavator which is provided with two hydraulic pumps for operation and traveling and one hydraulic pump for turning, and at the time of non-turning the hydraulic pump for turning is drained, and the discharge quantity of the hydraulic pump for traveling at the time of turning is reduced and the engine power is effectively utilized. CONSTITUTION:Among hydraulic pumps 1, 2 and 3 driven by one and same engine 6, hydraluic pumps 1 and 2 constitute a main pump, and are connected to operating valves 4 and 5, the hydraulic pump 3 being connected to a turning operating valve 7. The adjusting members 1a and 2a of the hydraulic pumps 1 and 2 are connected to the servo rod 10 of a servo valve 9, and hydraulic chambers 14a and 14b of a servo cylinder 11 are connected to hydraulic pumps 1 and 2, respectively, and the hydraulic chamber 17 of a cylinder 15 to which servo cylinder 11 is slidably fitted is connected with a pilot circuit 18 connected to the circuit of the hydraulic pump 3.
