Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible high speed response with a simple constitution by maintaining the output of a semiconductor photoelectric transducer at ground potential while a signal changeover means is not selecting its signal. CONSTITUTION:When in a signal changeover device 2 ground terminals 27 thru 29 are added and the output of a semiconductor photoelectric transducer 34 is selected, the terminals 21 and 22 of the device 2 conduct and the output thereof is applied to a logarithmic converter 1. At this time, other transducer terinals 35, 36 are maintained at ground potential as the terminals 23 and 28 and terminals 25 and 29 of the device 2 are conducting. Next, when the terminal 35 is selected, the terminals 23 and 24 conduct, and the output thereof is applied to the transducer 1. At this time, other transducer terminals 34, 36 are grounded, maintaining the accumulated charges between the electrodes of the respecrive transducers at zero. Next, when the terminal 36 is selected, the output is able to respond rapidly up to current corresponding to the intensity of the radiation light, thus the time delay may be readily reduced merely by minor change of the signal changeover means.
