Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.殊に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための電磁式に操作可能な弁であって、磁 石コイルによって取り囲まれたコアと、定置の弁座と協働する弁閉鎖体を操作す る可動子と、前記コアの下流に配置された管状の閉鎖部とを有しており、該閉鎖 部が前記可動子を半径方向で部分的に取り囲んでいる形式のものにおいて、 コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが、磁気的な絞り箇所(13)を介して直接磁 石を通すように互いに接続されており、コア(2)と絞り箇所(13)と閉鎖部 (10)とが1つの部分より成る全体構造を形成していることを特徴とする、電 磁石式に操作可能な弁。 2.殊に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための電磁式に操作可能な弁であって、磁 石コイルによって取り囲まれたコアと、定置の弁座と協働する弁閉鎖体を操作す る可動子と、前記コアの下流に配置された管状の閉鎖部とを有しており、該閉鎖 部が前記可動子を半径方向で部分的に取り囲んでいる形式のものにおいて、 コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが、磁気的な絞り箇所(13)を介して直接磁 石を通すように互いに接続されており、絞り箇所(13)がコア(2)に直接一 体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁石式に操作可能な弁。 3.殊に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための電磁式に 操作可能な弁であって、磁石コイルによって取り囲まれたコアと、定置の弁座と 協働する弁閉鎖体を操作する可動子と、前記コアの下流に配置された管状の閉鎖 部とを有しており、該閉鎖部が前記可動子を半径方向で部分的に取り囲んでいる 形式のものにおいて、 コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが、磁気的な絞り箇所(13)を介して直接磁 石を通すように互いに接続されており、絞り箇所(13)が接続部(10)に直 接一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、電磁石式に操作可能な弁。 4.絞り箇所(13)の壁厚が、コア(2)及び接続部(10)の壁厚よりも 小さい、請求項1〜3までのいづれか1項記載の弁。 5.コア(2)と接続部(10)とが絞り箇所(13)の外側で互いに堅固に 結合されている、請求項2又は3記載の弁。 6.絞り箇所(13)を備えた接続部(10)のための材料として、ニッケル ・鉄・合金が使用されている、請求項3記載の弁。 7.絞り箇所(13)の壁厚が、使用された材料に基づいて0.2〜0.5m mの間である、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記載の弁。 8.磁気的な絞り箇所(13)が可動子(17)の軸方向の延長領域内に形成 されている、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記載の弁。 9.可動子(17)が、可動子(17)を軸方向でガイドするためのガイド面 (36)を有しており、少なくとも1つのガイド面(36)が、絞り箇所(13 )の軸方向の延長領域内に位置していて、これによって絞り箇所(13)によっ て完全に半径方向で取り囲まれている、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記載 の弁。 10.絞り箇所(13)が、可動子(17)を軸方向でガイドするための少なく とも1つのガイド面(3)を有している、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記 載の弁。
