Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧縮されたテレビジョン信号を送信する方法において、中断後に前記信号の 前記送信が再開できる位置で位置ラベルを前記信号へ挿入することを特徴とする 方法。 2.前記信号が一連のパケットとして送信される請求項1に記載の方法において 、前記位置ラベルが中間制御パケットに収容されることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項2に記載の方法において、前記位置ラベルがMPEGストリームデス クリプタとして前記制御トランスポートパケットに送信されることを特徴とする 方法。 4.前記信号が一連のパケットとして送信される請求項1に記載の方法において 、前記位置ラベルが前記パケットに収容されることを特徴とする方法。 5.前記位置ラベルがプライベートデータバイトとしてMPEGトランスポート パケットの適応領域に送信される請求項4に記載の方法。 6.トランスミッタから圧縮されたテレビジョン信号を受信する方法において、 当該トランスミッタへ前記信号の送信を中断するための要求を送ること、前記信 号に挿入された位置ラベルの検出によって前記信号の再生を中断し、前記位置ラ ベルに後続する受信信号を破棄すること、当該トランスミッタへ前記位置ラベル によって規定された位置からの前記信号の送信を再開するための要求を送ること 、及びこの要求の受信によって前記信号の再生を再び始めることを特徴とする方 法。 7.圧縮されたテレビジョン信号を送信するためのトランスミッタにおいて、前 記テレビジョン信号の送信が中断及び再開することができる位置で位置ラベルを 前記信号へ挿入することを特徴とするトランスミッタ。 8.前記信号が一連のシーケンスデータパケットを有する請求項7に記載のトラ ンスミッタにおいて、前記トランスミッタが中間制御パケットに前記位置ラベル を収容することを特徴とするトランスミッタ。 9.請求項8に記載のトランスミッタにおいて、前記位置ラベルはデスクリプタ としてMPEGトランスポートパケットに送信されることを特徴とするトラン スミッタ。 10.前記信号は一連のシーケンスデータパケットを有する請求項7に記載のト ランスミッタにおいて、当該トランスミッタが前記信号パケットの選択されたパ ケットに前記位置ラベルを収容することを特徴とするトランスミッタ。 11.前記位置ラベルがMPEGトランスポートパケットの適応領域でのプライ ベートデータバイトとして送信される請求項10に記載のトランスミッタ。 12.圧縮されたテレビジョン信号を受信するためのレシーバにおいて、当該レ シーバが、トランスミッタへ前記信号の送信を中断するための要求を送り、前記 信号に挿入された位置ラベルの検出によって当該信号の再生を中断し、前記位置 ラベルに後続する受信信号を破棄し、前記トランスミッタへ前記位置ラベルによ って規定された位置からの前記信号の送信を再開するための要求を送り、この要 求の受信によって前記信号の再生を再び始めるのに適した制御手段を有すること を特徴とするレシーバ。 13.圧縮されたテレビジョン信号において、中断後に前記信号の送信が再開す ることができる位置に挿入される位置ラベルを含むことを特徴とする圧縮された テレビジョン信号。
