Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.場合により予め加水分解されていてもよいケイ素アルコキシドから、及び その加水分解性がキレート形成により低下しているチタンアルコキシドから、酸 性又は塩基性加水分解条件下でゾルを生成せしめ、このゾルをゲル化及び熟成し 、かくして生成され熟成されたゲルを、超臨界二酸化炭素を用い、ゾルの生成で 用いられた溶媒及び加水分解で生成するアルコールを抽出することにより乾燥し 、必要に応じて、そこから生ずるエーロゲルを酸素含有ガス流中で最高1000 ℃の温度において焼成することにより製造可能なシリカ−チタニア混合酸化物触 媒。 2.ケイ素アルコキシドが、各R2がC1-4アルキルを示す式Si(OR2)4の1 つ、好ましくはテトラメトキシシランである請求の範囲第1項に記載の触媒。 3.その加水分解性がキレート形成により低下しているチタンアルコキシドが 、各R1がC1-4アルキルを示す式Ti(OR1)4の1つ、好ましくはテトライソプ ロピルオルトチタネートであり、リガンドとしてアセチルアセトンを有する請求 の範囲第1又は2項に記載の触媒。 4.ゾルが酸性加水分解条件下で生成され、塩酸がこの目的のための酸として 用いられる請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。 5.加水分解媒体中の及びそこから得られるゾル中のシリコン:チタンのモル 比が約1:1〜約70:1の範囲内、好ましくは約3:1〜約12:1の範囲内 にある請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。 6.ケイ素アルコキシド、及びその加水分解性がキレート形成により低下して いるチタンアルコキシドの加水分解における溶媒として、水に 加えてイソプロパノールが用いられる請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか1つに記 載の触媒。 7.ゲル化及び熟成が乾燥不活性ガス、好ましくは窒素にゾルを暴露すること により行われる請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。 8.熟成ゲルの乾燥が、超臨界二酸化炭素を用い、約31℃〜約50℃の範囲 内の温度で、及び約200〜約270バールの範囲内の圧力において、ゾルの生 成に用いられた溶媒及び加水分解で生成するアルコールを抽出することにより行 われる請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。 9.エーロゲルが、酸素含有率が15〜25体積パーセントである酸素含有ガ ス流を用いて焼成される請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。 10.ケイ素及びチタン成分が相互に混合されており、それぞれが酸素原子を 介して架橋されており、それが可能な限り原子的であり、約500m2/g〜約 800m2/gのBET表面積、約2nm〜約60nmの多孔度及び約1:19 〜約3:7の表面におけるTi:Siの原子比を有するシリカ−チタニア混合酸 化物触媒。 11.場合により予め加水分解されていてもよいケイ素アルコキシドから、及 びその加水分解性がキレート形成により低下しているチタンアルコキシドから、 酸性又は塩基性加水分解条件下でゾルを生成せしめ、このゾルをゲル化及び熟成 し、かくして生成され熟成されたゲルを、超臨界二酸化炭素を用い、ゾルの生成 で用いられた溶媒及び加水分解で生成するアルコールを抽出することにより乾燥 し、必要に応じて、そこか ら生ずるエーロゲルを酸素含有ガス流中で最高1000℃の温度において焼成す ることを含むシリカ−チタニア混合酸化物触媒の製造法。 12.有機ヒドロペルオキシドを用いた触媒反応によるオレフィン性不飽和化 合物のエポキシ化のための液相法における請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれか1 つに記載の触媒の利用。
