Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リオセル繊維のフィブリル化傾向を低下させる方法であって、(1)無機 アルカリおよび複数のアクリルアミド基を含む化学試薬を溶解して含む水溶液を 未乾燥状態の繊維に塗布すること、ここで、前記水溶液中の化学試薬の1分子当 たりのアクリルアミド基の平均数が少なくとも2.1である、および、(2)化 学試薬を塗布した前記繊維を加熱して、繊維と化学試薬との反応を行うことを特 徴とする方法。 2.反応後に、繊維が、空気乾燥した繊維の重量を基準にして、0.25〜1 重量%の化学試薬を、繊維に固定化して含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1記 載の方法。 3.反応後に、繊維が、空気乾燥した繊維の重量を基準にして、0.4〜0. 8重量%の化学試薬を、繊維に固定化して含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1 または2に記載の方法。 4.前記水溶液中の化学試薬の1分子当たりのアクリルアミド基の平均数が少 なくとも2.5であることを特徴とする、先行の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載 の方法。 5.リオセル繊維の染色性を上げる方法であって、(1)無機アルカリおよび 複数のアクリルアミド基を含む化学試薬を溶解して含む溶液を、未乾燥状態の繊 維に塗布すること、および、(2)化学試薬を塗布した前記繊維を加熱して、繊 維と試薬との反応を行い、それにより、空気乾燥した繊維の重量基準で、1〜3 重量%の試薬を、繊維に固定化することを特徴とする方法。 6.溶液が5〜50グラム/リットルの化学試薬を含むことを特徴とする、請 求の範囲1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.化学試薬が1,3,5-トリアクリロイルヘキサヒドロ- 1,3,5-ト リアジンを含むことを特徴とする、先行の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 8.無機アルカリがオルトリン酸三ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする、先行 の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.溶液のpHが11〜14の範囲であることを特徴とする、先行の請求の範 囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 10.溶液が、硫酸ナトリウム十水和物として計算して、10〜50グラム/ リットルの硫酸ナトリウムを更に含むことを特徴とする、先行の請求の範囲のい ずれか1項記載の方法。 11.加熱工程の温度が約80〜約100℃であることを特徴とする、先行の 請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.塗布および加熱工程により占められる全時間が2分未満であることを特 徴とする、先行の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。
