Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光ファイバオーガナイザであって、その一つの面に: 1.ファイバがそれを通って実質的に上記面の平面内で通過し得る入口ポート および出口ポートと; 2.上記面を貫通してオーガナイザの反対側の面に伸長する貫通孔と;そして 、 3.入口ポートと貫通孔との間あるいは出口ポートと貫通孔との間を通過する ファイバが、収納手段の外表面によって、ファイバの臨界曲げ半径に少なくとも 等しい最小の曲げ半径に規制されるように、ポートに関して位置させられたファ イバ収納手段と、を有している光ファイバオーガナイザ。 2.少なくとも二つの入口ポートと少なくとも二つの出口ポートと少なくとも二 つのファイバ収納手段とを有する、請求の範囲第1項に係るオーガナイザ。 3.二つのファイバ収納手段の間にある平面に関して実質的に対称である、請求 の範囲第2項に係るオーガナイザ。 4.上記貫通孔は、該孔を通り凸状部分表面を越えて伸びるファイバが、その臨 界曲げ半径に少なくとも等しい最小の曲げ半径に規制されるように、上記面の凸 状部分から、その部分でのその半径ベクトルに対してある角度で延びている、請 求の範囲第1項,第2項または第3項に係るオーガナイザ。 5.上記貫通孔の壁部は、ファイバの臨界曲げ半径に少なくとも等しい最小曲げ 半径で、ファイバ収納手段に向かう道筋に沿って曲がっている、先行するクレー ムのいずれかに係るオーガナイザ。 6.上記曲がった壁部は、上記面に向かっての貫通孔の断面サイズの漸拡によっ てもたらされ、また、貫通孔は、片面から反対側の面への実質的に真っすぐ伸び る通路を備えている、請求の範囲第5項に係るオーガナイザ。 7.上記漸拡が貫通孔の周縁の一部においてのみ生じ、該孔はその周縁の残り部 分にわたって実質的に円筒状のままであり、漸拡部分と実質的に円筒状である部 分との間の交差部は、ファイバの臨界曲げ半径に少なくとも等しい最小曲率半径 を有している、請求の範囲第6項に係るオーガナイザ。 8.入口ポート若しくは出口ポートからのファイバを受容するように位置させら れた、少なくとも一つのオーガナイザトレイを更に有している、先行するクレー ムのいずれかに係るオーガナイザ。 9.二つの出口ポートを有し、上記オーガナイザトレイは上記二つの出口ポート からのファイバを受容するように位置させられている、請求の範囲第8項に係る オーガナイザ。 10.上記ファイバ収納手段は、ファイバの自由端がポートの一つからドラムの 内部へ通過することができ、それが永久的な損傷を受ける曲げ半径よりも大きい 最小の曲げ半径でドラム内に収納されることができるようにしている、中空のド ラムを備えている、先行するクレームのいずれかに係るオーガナイザ。 11.一体構造のものである、先行するクレームのいずれかに係るオーガナイザ 。 12.上記入口ポートあるいは出口ポートからファイバが供給される、少なくと も一つのオーガナイザトレイを更に備えている、請求の範囲第1項から第10項 のいずれかに係るオーガナイザ。 13.それらの貫通孔が互いに連絡状態にあるように背中合わせに配置された、 先行するクレームのいずれかに係る二つのオーガナイザを備えたアッセンブリ。 14.光ファイバオーガナイザであって、 1.ファイバ入口と; 2.ファイバ出口と; 3.上記入口と出口との間に位置させられ、入口と出口との間を通過するフ ァイバを、ファイバの臨界曲げ半径に少なくとも等しい最小の曲げ半径に規制す る手段と;を備え、 (a)オーガナイザは、上記入口,出口および手段(3)を保持する面を貫 通して延びる貫通孔を有しており;及び/又は、 (b)上記手段(3)は、中空で、ファイバの自由端が入口あるいは出口か らドラムの内部へ通過することができ、そして、それが永久的な損傷を受ける曲 げ半径よりも大きい最小の曲げ半径でその中に収納されることができるようにす る、オーガナイザドラムを備え;及び/又は、 (c)上記入口は複数の入口ポートを備えており、各入口ポートは、 当該ポートを通過するファイバを、上記手段(3)に向かって指向させるための 、それに隣接した曲げ制御手段を有し;及び/又は、 (d)オーガナイザは、取り外し可能に固定され得るとともに、ファイバが 、より大径のチューブと、存在するところでは、より小径の各チューブとの間を 、顕著な光の損失を引き起こすことなく通過することができるように、より大径 のファイバチューブを保持するための第1通路と、複数のより小径のファイバチ ューブあるいはファイバを保持するための一つ若しくはそれ以上の第2通路とを 有する、光ファイバの成端あるいはブレークアウト装置を有している。
