Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種のヒドロキシ酸重合体又は共重合体から形成された重合体 母材と場合によっては該重合体母材に包蔵化された少なくとも1種の活性物質と よりなる微小球において、該微小球は重合体成分と場合によっては存在する活性 物質と以外の成分を含有しないことを特徴とする微小球。 2.重合体母材の成分は分子量の二頂分布を有することを特徴とする請求の範 囲1記載の微小球。 3.重合体母材は、20,000以上特に40,000以上の分子量を有する少なくとも1 種のポリ(ヒドロキシ酸)と5,000以下の分子量を有する少なくとも1種のポリ (ヒドロキシ酸)とを含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2記載の微小 球。 4.微小球は寸法が500μmより小さいことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜3の 何れかに記載の微小球。 5.ヒドロキシ酸重合体又は共重合体を水非混和性の揮発性液体有機相に溶解 させ活性物質を場合によっては該有機相に溶解又は分散させ、得られた有機相の エマルジョンを水性連続相中で調製し、溶剤を蒸発させ、しかも所望ならば得ら れた固体微小球を水性相から分離する、微小球の製造方法において、前記の重合 体又は共重合体は20,000に少なくとも等しい平均分子量の少なくとも1種のポリ (ヒドロキシ酸)と5,000以下の平均分子量の少なくとも1種のポリ(ヒドロキ シ酸)とを含有し、エ マルジョンの製造後には塩基の添加によりpHを6〜8の値に調節し、有機溶剤 を蒸発させる工程中に塩基の連続添加又は反復添加によりpHを6〜8の値に調 節することを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4の何れかに記載の微小球の製造方法 。 6.20,000に少なくとも等しい平均分子量のポリ(ヒドロキシ酸)はα−ヒド ロキシ酸の重合体及び共重合体から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記 載の方法。 7.ポリ(α−ヒドロキシ酸)はポリ(乳酸)及びポリ(グリコール酸)から 選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載の方法。 8.高分子量の重合体に関して低分子量の重合体の割合は所望の十分な程に低 い粒度を有する微小球を得るのに十分な割合であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 5〜7の何れかに記載の方法。 9.前記の割合は30〜300重量%、特に50〜150重量%の範囲であり得ることを 特徴とする請求の範囲8記載の方法。 10.請求の範囲1〜4の何れかに記載の微小球を基剤とする薬剤。
