Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an ornamental material having the same feeling as natural marble, flame resistant and seamless and capable of freely selecting pattern by blending a hydraulic gypsum, a coagulation modifier and a glue aq. solution. CONSTITUTION:The ornamental material for building contains 100 pts.wt. hydraulic gypsum composed mainly of beta-type gypsum hemihydrate, 1-2 pts.wt. coagulation modifier and 30-40 pts.wt. 2-3% glue aq. solution. Potassium citrate, ammonium phosphate, carboxymethyl cellulose and the like are exemplified as the coagulation modifier. It is conceivable that the coagulation modifier surrounds crystal forming nucleuses and disturbs the crystal growth to retard the coagulation. At the time of using for the ornament of an actual building, the thickness of the ornamental material is controlled to about 5mm. Then, a reinforcing material is used on the rear. 半水石膏を主成分として用いる。また練合せるために用
いる水量は、下記の反応式による理論値が好ましい。

り異なるが、直径1cm位の球状から手で持てる位の大
きさのもの5bまで模様に合わせて様々で、さらに竹べ
らなどで形を整える。石膏2の全面に亘って装飾材組成
物5を貼り終われば、その表面を略平面になるように仕
上げ、石膏2と装飾材組成物5が完全に凝固するのを待
って、装飾材組成物5の表面を研磨線6まで削りその表
面を研磨する。
