のスピン乾燥時に前記デイスクからスピンアウト
した液が外部に飛散するのを防止するために、該
デイスクを囲繞するブースを設け、該ブースの内
壁面を前記デイスクを含む垂直面に対して傾斜し
た状態に設ける構成としたことを特徴とするスピ
