Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はインドメタシンの新規な外用剤に関す
る。 インドメタシンは非ステロイド系の優れた鎮痛
消炎剤であるが、水及び外用基剤として使用可能
な各種溶剤にほとんど溶けず、わずかにベンジル
アルコール、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルスル
ホキシド、ジメチルホルムアミド等に溶解する
が、これを量的、質的な点で外用製剤とするには
問題があるため、一般には経口剤の形で投与され
てきた。 本発明者らは、インドメタシンの外用剤の研究
において、先に、インドメタシンをアルコール−
水系に含有させてゲル軟膏とすることにより皮膚
吸収の優れた外用剤を得ることに成功し、特許出
願した（特公昭56−10886号）。そしてこのゲル軟
膏は近年上市され、臨床において高い評価を受け
ている。 更に、本発明者らは、インドメタシン外用剤の
新しい投与形態及び基剤を開発すべく鋭意研究を
行つた結果、ある種のテルペノイド類又はフエノ
ール類がインドメタシンの基剤への溶解性及び安
定性を増大すること、従つてインドメタシンを各
種外用基剤に配合できることを見出し、本発明を
完成した。 すなわち、本発明は、次の成分(A)、(B)及び(C) (A) インドメタシン 0.1〜５重量％ (B) リモネン、メントール、カンフル及びオイゲ
ノールからなる群より選ばれる１種又は２種以
上の溶解補助剤 0.3〜10重量％ (C) アルコール類、アルコール−水混合系、グリ
コール類、C4〜C14のモノカルボン酸とC1〜C18
のアルコールとのエステル類及びC4〜C10のジ
カルボン酸とC1〜C3のアルコールとのジエス
テル類からなる群より選ばれる１種又は２種以
上の溶剤 を必須成分として含有する油性軟膏剤又はクリー
ムよりなる外用剤を提供するものである。 本発明において、溶剤としては、エタノール、
プロパノール等のアルコール類；アルコール−水
混合系；ブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコ
ール等のグリコール類；C4〜C14のモノカルボン
酸とC1〜C18のアルコールとのエステル類、C4〜
C10のジカルボン酸とC1〜C3のアルコールとのジ
エステル類等が挙げられる。 本発明の外用剤は、インドメタシンを溶解補助
剤、上記溶剤及び油性基剤又はクリーム基剤に配
合することにより製造される。 叙上の如く、本発明の溶解補助剤を少量添加す
るとインドメタシンの各種溶剤に対する溶解性及
び安定性が著しく増大するので、油性軟膏及びク
リームの外用基剤に配合して当該外用剤を提供す
ることができる極めて優れたものである。 次に実験例及び製剤例を挙げて説明する。 実験例 １ インドメタシン溶解試験 各種溶媒に過剰量のインドメタシンを加え、更
に第１表に示す量の溶解補助剤を加え、25℃で24
時間振盪したのち、遠心分離して上清を分取し
た。この上清中のインドメタシン量をUV法又は
HPLC法で測定し、溶解補助剤無添加のものと比
較した。その結果は第１表及び第２表のとおりで
ある。

3.0 メチルパラベン 0.1 プロピルパラベン 0.1 精製水 全100.0 製剤例 ３ （Ｏ／Ｗクリーム） インドメタシン 1.0（重量％） ｌ−メントール 5.0 ステアリルアルコール 7.2 ミツロウ 2.0 スクワラン 10.0 自己乳化型プロピレングリコールモノステア
レート 3.0 ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル
1.0 プロピレングリコール 8.0 精製水 全100.0 製剤例 ４ （油性軟膏剤） インドメタシン 2.0（重量％） ｌ−メントール 2.0 マイクロクリスタリンワツクス

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 次の成分(A)、(B)及び(C) (A) インドメタシン 0.1〜５重量％ (B) リモネン、メントール、カンフル及びオイゲ
    ノールからなる群より選ばれる１種又は２種以
    上の溶解補助剤 0.3〜10重量％ (C) アルコール類、アルコール−水混合系、グリ
    コール類、C4〜C14のモノカルボン酸とC1〜C18
    のアルコールとのエステル類及びC4〜C10のジ
    カルボン酸とC1〜C3のアルコールとのジエス
    テル類からなる群より選ばれる１種又は２種以
    上の溶剤 を必須成分として含有する油性軟膏剤又はクリー
    ムよりなることを特徴とする外用剤。
