(メタ)アクリル化されたウレタン系重合体60~80重量部;
少なくとも一つのC 3 ~C 20 環状アルキル基を含む(メタ)アクリレート系化合物10~30重量部;及び
光重合開始剤1~3重量部を含むことを特徴とする、光硬化性樹脂組成物。

前記(メタ)アクリル化は、少なくとも一末端がアクリレート、メタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルアクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、プロピルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレート及びブチルメタクリレートからなる群より選択された一つに変性されたことを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
<3>
前記ウレタン系重合体は、ウレタンジメタクリレートであることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

前記(メタ)アクリレート系化合物は、イソボルニルアクリレートであることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

前記光重合開始剤は、アセトフェノン系化合物、ベンゾフェノン系化合物、トリアジン系化合物、非イミダゾール系化合物、チオキサントン系化合物、オキシムエステル系化合物及びホスフィンオキシド系化合物からなる群より選択された少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

前記光重合開始剤は、ジフェニル-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイルホスフィンオキシド又はフェニルビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-ホスフィンオキシドであることを特徴とする、<5>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

エチレングリコール単位構造を含む(メタ)アクリレート系重合体0.1~10重量部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

デジタル光源処理方式、ステレオリソグラフィ装置方式又は光誘導平面固化方式の3Dプリンティングに用いられる液状組成物であることを特徴とする、<1>に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

前記光硬化性樹脂組成物を360~405nmの光源で直径10mm、厚さ2mmのディスク形態で光硬化させた後の初期曲げ強度をF 1 、これを85℃で3.3日間水分に担持させた後の曲げ強度をF 2 とした後、前記式で水分下の曲げ強度変化値を計算した。

<1>~<10>のうちいずれか一つに記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物を光照射して製造した、成形物。
Claims (10)
- (メタ)アクリル化されたウレタン系重合体60~80重量部;
少なくとも一つのC3~C20環状アルキル基を含む(メタ)アクリレート系化合物10~30重量部;
エチレングリコール単位構造を含む(メタ)アクリレート系重合体0.1~10重量部;及び
光重合開始剤1~3重量部を含むことを特徴とする、光硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(メタ)アクリル化は、少なくとも一末端がアクリレート、メタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルアクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、プロピルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレート及びブチルメタクリレートからなる群より選択された一つに変性されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ウレタン系重合体は、ウレタンジメタクリレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート系化合物は、イソボルニルアクリレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、アセトフェノン系化合物、ベンゾフェノン系化合物、トリアジン系化合物、非イミダゾール系化合物、チオキサントン系化合物、オキシムエステル系化合物及びホスフィンオキシド系化合物からなる群より選択された少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、ジフェニル-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイルホスフィンオキシド又はフェニルビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-ホスフィンオキシドであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- デジタル光源処理方式、ステレオリソグラフィ装置方式又は光誘導平面固化方式の3Dプリンティングに用いられる液状組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記組成物は、360~405nmの波長で光硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記組成物は、水分下の曲げ強度変化値が30%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物:
