Claims (17)
- 歯付きワークピース面取り装置であって、前記面取り装置が、
第1の工具回転軸および第2の工具回転軸を含む面取りヘッドを備え、
前記面取りヘッドが、前記第1の工具回転軸を中心として第1の工具を回転させるように動作可能であり、それにより、第1の材料除去方法による面取りを可能にし、
前記面取りヘッドがさらに、前記第2の工具回転軸を中心として第2の工具を回転させるように動作可能であり、それにより、第2の材料除去方法による面取りを可能にし、
前記第1の工具および前記第2の工具が互いに異なり、また前記第1の材料除去方法および前記第2の材料除去方法が互いに異なり、
前記第2の工具回転軸が、枢軸を中心として角度的に移動可能であり、
前記第2の工具回転軸の前記角度的移動が、前記第2の工具回転軸を含み、かつ、前記第1の工具回転軸に対して垂直である平面での前記第2の工具回転軸の移動を含み
前記第1の工具は、前記第1の工具回転軸を中心として回転可能な切削工具であり、前記切削工具が、1つ以上の切削チップを備え、前記切削工具が前記第1の工具回転軸を中心として回転するときに、前記1つ以上の切削チップが、切削円を画定し、前記切削円が、前記平面内にある、
歯付きワークピース面取り装置。 - 前記第1の工具回転軸および前記第2の工具回転軸が、互いに対して垂直である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記枢軸が、前記第1の工具回転軸に対して平行である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の工具は、前記第2の工具回転軸を中心として回転可能な切削工具であり、前記切削工具が、前記第2の工具回転軸に沿って、伸長動作位置と退縮非動作位置との間で移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の工具は、前記第1の工具回転軸を中心として回転可能な切削工具である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記切削工具が、1つ以上の割出し可能なインサートを有するフライカッタである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の工具は、前記第2の工具回転軸を中心として回転可能な切削工具である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記切削工具が、フライス工具である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記フライス工具が、ペンシルミルである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- バリ取り工具をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 回転工具が前記ワークピースの前記歯に衝突して損傷することがないよう前記ワークピースと噛み合うように、前記歯付きワークピースの正しい回転位置を決定するために操作される非接触センサまたは接触型センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 1つ以上の追加の工具を支持することができる支持面をさらに備え、前記支持面が、退縮位置から伸長作業位置まで移動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持面が、1つ以上のロッドおよびシリンダを備えるシステムを介して、前記退縮位置から前記伸長作業位置まで移動される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記面取りヘッドが、3つの相互に垂直な方向に線形的に移動可能であり、枢軸を中心に枢動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の前記面取り装置を備える、歯車ホブ盤。
- 歯付きワークピースの歯縁および歯根縁のうちの少なくとも一方を面取りする方法であって、
歯付きワークピース面取り装置であって、請求項1に記載の歯付きワークピース面取り装置を提供することと、
前記第1の工具および前記第2の工具のうちの一方で、歯付きワークピースの歯縁および歯根縁の少なくとも一方を面取りすることと、を含む、方法。 - 歯付きワークピースの歯縁および歯根縁のうちの少なくとも一方を、前記第1の工具および前記第2の工具の他方で面取りすることをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
