- フレキシブル表示パネルと、
順に前記フレキシブル表示パネルに積層された第一機能部材、第二機能部材及び第三機能部材を含み、かつ前記第三機能部材は前記第一機能部材よりも前記フレキシブル表示パネルに近接する、前記フレキシブル表示パネルの一側に設置された複数の機能部材と、
前記フレキシブル表示パネルの他側に設置されたバックフィルムと、
前記バックフィルムの前記フレキシブル表示パネルから離れた一側に設置された支持部材と、
複数の粘着層と
を備え、
前記複数の粘着層は、
前記第一機能部材と前記第二機能部材との間に設置された第一粘着層と、
前記第二機能部材と前記第三機能部材との間に設置された第二粘着層と、
前記第三機能部材と前記フレキシブル表示パネルとの間に設置された第三粘着層と、
前記フレキシブル表示パネルと前記バックフィルムとの間に設置された第四粘着層と、
前記バックフィルムと前記支持部材との間に設置された第五粘着層と、

ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記接着材層の20℃における弾性率は830~930KPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第一機能部材は第一保護膜、第二保護膜及び第一保護膜と前記第二保護膜との間に設置された中間粘着層を含み、前記中間粘着層の弾性率は前記接着材層の弾性率よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第三粘着層の弾性率は前記第二粘着層の弾性率よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第一粘着層の弾性率は前記中間粘着層の弾性率より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第三粘着層の弾性率は前記中間粘着層、前記第一粘着層、前記第四粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれの弾性率より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記中間粘着層の弾性率、前記第四粘着層の弾性率及び前記第五粘着層の弾性率は互いに等しい
ことを特徴とする請求項6、8又は9に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第四粘着層の20℃での弾性率及び前記第五粘着層の20℃での弾性率はいずれも30KPaより小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第三粘着層の20℃での弾性率は100~120KPaの範囲内にあること、前記第一粘着層の20℃での弾性率は40~60KPaの範囲内にあること、及び、前記中間粘着層、前記第四粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれの20℃での弾性率は20~40KPaの範囲内にあることの中の少なくとも一つを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記中間粘着層、前記第一粘着層、前記接着材層、前記第三粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれは透明光学接着剤を含み、及び/又は、前記第二粘着層及び前記第四粘着層のそれぞれは感圧接着剤を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6、8又は9に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記接着材層の厚さは前記中間粘着層、前記第一粘着層、前記第二粘着層、前記第三粘着層、前記第四粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれの厚さ以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項6、8又は9に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記中間粘着層、前記第一粘着層、前記第三粘着層、前記第四粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれの厚さは前記接着材層の厚さの2倍以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記接着材層の厚さは前記第二粘着層の厚さに等しい
ことを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記接着材層及び前記第二粘着層のそれぞれの厚さは10~20μmの範囲内にあること、前記中間粘着層、前記第一粘着層、前記第三粘着層及び前記第五粘着層のそれぞれの厚さは40~60μmの範囲内にあること、及び、前記第四粘着層の厚さは20~30μmの範囲内にあることの中の少なくとも一つを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項14~16のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記タッチ基板の構成材料はシクロオレフィンポリマー又はトリアセチルセルロースを含み、前記タッチ基板の厚さは20~30μmの範囲内にあり、前記タッチ基板の20℃での弾性率は2~4GPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第一保護膜及び前記第二保護膜はポリイミド材料又はポリエチレンテレフタレート材料を含み、前記第一保護膜の厚さは75~85μmの範囲内にあり、前記第一保護膜の20℃での弾性率は6~7GPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第二機能部材は偏光板を含み、前記偏光板の厚さは60~90μmの範囲内にあり、前記偏光板の20℃での弾性率は2~4GPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記バックフィルムはポリイミド材料又はポリエチレンテレフタレート材料を含み、前記バックフィルムの厚さは40~60μmの範囲内にあり、前記バックフィルムの20℃での弾性率は2~4GPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記支持部材は金属材料を含み、前記支持部材の厚さは25~35μmの範囲内にあり、前記支持部材の20℃での弾性率は100~200GPaの範囲内にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 請求項1~22のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置を含む
ことを特徴とする電子機器。
