도 3은 도 1에 도시된 폴더블 표시 장치의 제2 폴딩 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 1에서 Ⅳ-Ⅳ'선을 따라 취한 일 실시예의 단면도이다.
도 5 내지 도 14는 각각 일 실시예에 따른 접착층의 구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 15는 일 실시예에 따른 표시 패널의 단면도이다.

Claims (20)
- 표시 패널,
상기 표시 패널 위에 위치하는 커버 윈도우, 그리고
상기 표시 패널과 상기 커버 윈도우 사이에 위치하는 제1 접착층
을 포함하며,
상기 제1 접착층은 제1 감압 접착층, 제2 감압 접착층, 그리고 상기 제1 감압 접착층과 상기 제2 감압 접착층 사이의 엘라스토머층을 포함하고,
상기 엘라스토머층은 적어도 한 표면에 형성된 절단 패턴을 포함하고, 상기 절단 패턴은 상기 엘라스토머층의 길이 방향에 대해 사선 방향으로 형성된 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 접착층과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 제1 기능층, 그리고
상기 제1 기능층과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 제2 접착층
을 더 포함하며,
상기 제2 접착층은 제1 감압 접착층, 제2 감압 접착층, 그리고 상기 제1 감압 접착층과 상기 제2 감압 접착층 사이의 엘라스토머층을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 제1 기능층은 편광층 또는 터치 패널인 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 제2 접착층과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 제2 기능층, 그리고
상기 제2 기능층과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 제3 접착층
을 더 포함하며,
상기 제3 접착층은 제1 감압 접착층, 제2 감압 접착층, 그리고 상기 제1 감압 접착층과 상기 제2 감압 접착층 사이의 엘라스토머층을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제4항에서,
상기 제2 기능층은 편광층 또는 터치 패널인 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 접착층은 75 마이크로미터 이하의 두께를 가진 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 감압 접착층과 상기 엘라스토머층의 계면 점착력이 400 gf/in2 이상인 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 100 kPa 이하의 모듈러스를 가진 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 접착층은 상기 엘라스토머의 측면을 둘러싸는 측면 감압 접착층을 더 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 엘라스토머 기본층 및 상기 엘라스토머 기본층 내에 위치하는 복수의 기둥을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 복수의 기둥은 상기 엘라스토머 기본층보다 높은 모듈러스를 가진 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 복수의 기둥은 하단이 상기 제1 감압 접착층과 접하고 상단이 상기 제2 감압 접착층과 접하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 접착층은 제3 감압 접착층, 그리고 상기 제2 감압 접착층과 상기 제3 감압 접착층 사이의 엘라스토머층을 더 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 연속적으로 적층된 제1 엘라스토머층, 제2 엘라스토머층 및 제3 엘라스토머층을 포함하고,
상기 제2 엘라스토머층은 적어도 한 표면에 형성된 음각 패턴을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 연속적으로 적층된 제1 엘라스토머층 및 제2 엘라스토머층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 엘라스토머층 및 상기 제2 엘라스토머층은 서로 접하는 표면에 형성된 음각 패턴을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 내부에 형성된 공극 패턴을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 표시 패널,
상기 표시 패널 위에 위치하는 커버 윈도우,
상기 커버 윈도우와 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 기능층, 그리고
상기 표시 패널과 상기 기능층 사이 및 상기 기능층과 상기 커버 윈도우 사이에 각각 위치하는 접착층
을 포함하며,
상기 접착층은 복수의 감압 접착층 및 상기 복수의 감압 접착층 사이에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 엘라스토머층을 포함하고,
상기 엘라스토머층은 적어도 한 표면에 형성된 절단 패턴을 포함하고, 상기 절단 패턴은 상기 엘라스토머층의 길이 방향에 대해 사선 방향으로 형성된 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제18항에서,
상기 접착층은 상기 엘라스토머의 측면을 둘러싸는 측면 감압 접착층을 더 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제18항에서,
상기 엘라스토머층은 엘라스토머 기본층 및 상기 엘라스토머 기본층 내에 위치하는 복수의 기둥을 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치.
