Description
一実施形態に係る作業車両の変速装置は、作業車両が前進する複数の前進変速段と前記作業車両が後進する後進変速段とを有する所定の変速機構(実施形態では、副変速機構50)を備える。前記作業車両の変速装置は、前記複数の前進変速段は、前記複数の前進変速段のうちで変速比が最も大きい低速変速段と、前記複数の前進変速段のうちで変速比が前記後進変速段の変速比に最も近い所定の変速段(実施形態では、中速変速段)と、を有する。
作業車両1の概略構成について、図1及び図2を用いて説明する。以下では、図中の矢印X、矢印Y、矢印Zで示した方向を、それぞれ走行車両の前後方向、走行車両の幅方向、走行車両の高さ方向と定義して説明を行う。また、図中の矢印U、矢印D、矢印F、矢印B、矢印L及び矢印Rで示した方向を、それぞれ上方向、下方向、前方向、後方向、左方向及び右方向と定義して説明を行う。
変速装置30の詳細構成について、図1から図8を用いて説明する。変速装置30は、主変速機構40と副変速機構50とを有する。主変速機構40は、機械式の変速機構であってよい。すなわち、主変速機構40は、電気的な制御ではなく、物理的なリンクによって変速状態が切り替わる。主変速機構40は、主変速レバー43と、主変速ギア部48と、主変速リンク(不図示)と、を有する。主変速レバー43は、主変速機構40の主変速段を切り替えるために作業者により操作される。主変速レバー43の操作が、主変速リンクを介して、主変速ギア部48へ伝動される。
上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、特許請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。したがって、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。

Claims (6)
- 作業車両が前進する複数の前進変速段と前記作業車両が後進する後進変速段とを有する所定の変速機構を備える作業車両の変速装置であって、
前記複数の前進変速段は、
前記複数の前進変速段のうちで変速比が最も大きい低速変速段と、
前記複数の前進変速段のうちで変速比が前記後進変速段の変速比に最も近い所定の変速段と、を有し、
前記所定の変速機構は、
前記所定の変速機構の変速段を切り替えるために作業者により操作される所定の変速レバーと、
前記所定の変速レバーの操作により前記作業車両の前後方向に揺動するレバーアームと、
前記作業車両の運転座席に座する作業者の足が置かれるステップ部と前記レバーアームとの間で、前記ステップ部よりも上方に延びるレバー保護部と、を有し、
前記レバー保護部は、前記レバーアームとの接触によって前記レバーアームが所定位置よりも前方へ揺動することを止め、
前記レバーアームは、第1レバーアームと、前記第1レバーアームよりも前記作業車両の幅方向の外側に配置される第2レバーアームと、を有し、
前記レバー保護部は、
前記第1レバーアームとの接触によって前記第1レバーアームが前記所定位置よりも前方へ揺動することを止める第1レバー保護部と、
前記第1レバー保護部から前記幅方向に間隔を空けて配置され、かつ前記第2レバーアームとの接触によって前記第2レバーアームが前記所定位置よりも前方へ揺動することを止める第2レバー保護部と、を有する、作業車両の変速装置。 - 変速比が互いに異なる複数の変速段を有する他の変速機構を備える請求項1に記載の作業車両の変速装置。
- 前記後進変速段の前記変速比に対する前記所定の変速段の前記変速比の割合は、0.8以上、かつ1.2以下である請求項1又は2に記載の作業車両の変速装置。
- 前記複数の前進変速段は、前記低速変速段と、前記所定の変速段と、前記複数の前進変速段のうちで変速比が最も小さい高速変速段と、からなる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両の変速装置。
- 前記所定の変速機構は、前記所定の変速機構の変速段を切り替えるために作業者により操作される所定の変速レバーを有し、
前記所定の変速レバーの操作位置は、
前記変速段が前記後進変速段に切り替わる後進操作位置と、
前記変速段が前記所定の変速段に切り替わる所定操作位置と、を有し、
前記後進操作位置から前記所定操作位置への経路は、直線状である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両の変速装置。 - 前記レバー保護部の上端部は、前記レバーアームと接触し、かつ面取りされている請求項1に記載の作業車両の変速装置。
