Description
Claims (6)
- 生分解性ポリマー層と繊維層とを有する、堆肥化可能な物品であって、
前記生分解性ポリマー層は堆肥化可能な組成物を含み、
前記堆肥化可能な組成物は、
ポリ(エチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(トリメチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート co-ブチレンアジペート)、ポリ(ブチレンアジペート co-テレフタレート)、ポリ(テトラメチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)、及び熱可塑性デンプンからなる群から選択される第1の生分解性ポリマーと、
炭酸カルシウム、タルク、カオリン、アルミナ三水和物、硫酸カルシウム、中空ガラス球、粉砕雲母、ゼオライト、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される充填剤と、
エチレンビス(ステアラミド)、水素化ヒマシ油、ヒマシ油、パルミチン酸、リノール酸、アラキジン酸、パルミトレイン酸、酪酸、ステアリン酸、トリグリセリド、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される疎水剤と、
を含み、
前記生分解性ポリマー層は構造物を有し、前記繊維層が前記構造物と係合して取り付けシステムを形成する、堆肥化可能な物品。 - 前記第1の生分解性ポリマーとは異なる、第2の生分解性ポリマーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記第2の生分解性ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコリド、ポリカプロラクトン、並びにポリ乳酸、ポリグリコリド及びポリカプロラクトンのうちの2つ以上のコポリマー、ゼイン、セルロースエステル、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、ポリヒドロキシバレレート、ポリヒドロキシヘキサノエート、ポリ(エチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(トリメチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート co-ブチレンアジペート)、ポリ(ブチレンアジペート co-テレフタレート)、ポリ(テトラメチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)、熱可塑性デンプン、並びにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記堆肥化可能な組成物中の前記第1の生分解性ポリマーの前記第2の生分解性ポリマーに対する重量パーセントの比が、0.5:1~1.5:1、任意に0.75:1~1.25:1、又は任意に1:1である、請求項2又は3に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記構造物が、フック、レール、及びピラーからなる群から選択される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記構造物が、ステム及びキャップを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
