離型剤溶液の調製
実施例1で得られた化合物(3)1.0重量%及びイソプロパノール(IPA)99.0重量%よりなる離型剤溶液を調製した。この離型剤溶液を用いて、次のような測定方法で離型性の評価を行った。
アルミニウムテストピース(縦50mm×横50mm×厚さ2mm)の表面に、0.1gの離型剤溶液をワイプで塗布した後、室温下で乾燥させた。次いで、テストピースを40℃に保持した金型の内壁面に沿って配置して30分保持した後、以下に示す組成を有するポリウレタン発泡組成物を金型内に注入し、40℃で10分間保持して発泡させ硬化させた。得られた成形体を脱型し、成形体からテストピースを剥離した時の荷重をプッシュプルスケールで測定した。剥離に要した荷重が5N未満である場合の離型性を○、5N以上30N未満を△、30N以上を×とした。また、同じ条件下で、30N未満の荷重で何回まで離型が可能であったかを測定し、反復離型回数とした。
・ポリオール(サンニックスFA-703、三洋化成工業製)…100重量部
・トリエタノールアミン(東京化成工業製) …3.0重量部
・純水 …2.8重量部
・触媒(TEDA-L33、東ソー製) …0.9重量部
・ポリイソシアネート(MR-200、東ソー製) …62.5重量部
実施例4において、離型剤化合物、添加剤量及び溶媒量を種々変更した離型剤溶液を用いて、同様の測定を行った。
実施例4において、離型剤化合物を炭素数が6のパーフルオロアルキル基からなる1H,1H,2H,2H-パーフルオロオクタンホスホン酸(シグマアルドリッチ製、以下C6)に替え、添加剤量及び溶媒量を種々変更した離型剤溶液を用いて、同様の測定を行った。
実施例4において、離型剤を塗布せずに同様の測定を行った。
得られた結果を離型剤溶液の成分組成とともに、表1に示した。

(式(2)中、M1及びM2は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子、ナトリウム原子、トリエチルアンモニウム、または炭素数1~4のアルキル基である)}
で示される含フッ素化合物。 - 請求項1に記載の含フッ素化合物と、溶媒を含むことを特徴とする組成物。
- 前記溶媒が有機溶媒、水または混合溶媒である請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒がアルコール類、ケトン類、エーテル類、エステル類、極性非プロトン性溶媒またはフッ素系溶媒である、請求項2または3に記載の組成物。
- 請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の組成物からなる離型剤。
