Description
Claims (9)
- 電装部品をブラケットを介して車体に支持する電装部品支持構造であって、
前記ブラケットは前記電装部品の下面に固定され、
前記車体は、前記車体の床面を形成する平坦部と、前記平坦部から隆起する隆起部と、を有し、
前記隆起部は、前記平坦部に沿う所定方向で前記ブラケットと対面する第1対面部を有し、
前記ブラケットは、
前記所定方向で前記第1対面部と対面する第2対面部と、
前記第2対面部から前記所定方向の前記隆起部と反対側に延びる第1支持部と、
前記第2対面部から前記所定方向の前記隆起部側に延び、前記車体に固定される固定部と、を有し、
前記第1対面部と前記第2対面部との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1対面部および前記第2対面部は、前記所定方向の前記隆起部側ほど高くなるように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電装部品支持構造。
- 前記ブラケットは、前記第1支持部とは上下方向で異なる高さで、前記第1支持部から前記隆起部と反対方向に延び、前記電装部品に固定される第2支持部を有し、
前記第1支持部の前記所定方向の寸法は、前記第2対面部の上下方向の寸法よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記電装部品の上方に、前記車体に搭載される車載部材が設けられ、
前記車体は、前記車載部材の下部で前記所定方向と交差する交差方向に延びるフレーム部材を有し、
前記フレーム部材は、前記電装部品よりも前記所定方向の前記隆起部側、かつ、前記電装部品よりも高い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記車載部材が座席シートからなり、
前記フレーム部材は、前記座席シートを前記交差方向にスライド自在に支持するスライドレールからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記電装部品の前記所定方向の前記隆起部側の側面に、前記所定方向の衝撃を吸収する衝撃吸収部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。
- 前記車体は、前記電装部品に前記所定方向と交差する交差方向に隣接し前記所定方向に延びる第1車体フレームを有し、
前記電装部品は、前記第1車体フレームに固定される第1固定部材を有し、
前記第1固定部材は、前記電装部品の前記第1車体フレームと対面する側面に固定される電装部品側第1固定部と、前記第1車体フレームの上面に固定される車体フレーム側第1固定部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記車体は、前記第1車体フレームとの間で前記電装部品を挟むように、前記電装部品の前記交差方向に隣接し前記所定方向に延びる第2車体フレームを有し、
前記電装部品は、前記第2車体フレームに固定される第2固定部材を有し、
前記第2固定部材は、前記電装部品の下面に固定される電装部品側第2固定部と、前記車体フレーム側第1固定部より低い位置で、前記第2車体フレームに固定される車体フレーム側第2固定部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1支持部および前記第2支持部は、前記平坦部と平行に直線状に延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電装部品支持構造。
