Description
Claims (8)
- 車体に固設されるキャリパブラケットと、該キャリパブラケットに取り付けられるキャリパボディと、ディスクロータの両側部に配置され、ライニングと裏板とを有する摩擦パッドとを備え、前記キャリパブラケット又は前記キャリパボディに形成したディスク軸方向のパッドガイド溝に、前記摩擦パッドに形成した耳片をスライド可能に支持させ、前記キャリパボディは、複数のピストンをそれぞれ内挿する複数のシリンダ孔を備えた作用部と、前記ディスクロータの外周を跨ぐブリッジ部とを備えた車両用ディスクブレーキにおいて、前記ブリッジ部は、ディスク半径方向内側壁の各ピストンに対応する位置に肉抜き部をそれぞれ設け、車両前進時におけるディスク回入側の前記肉抜き部の容積と、ディスク回出側の肉抜き部の容積とをキャリパボディに掛かる反力に応じて、異ならせたことを特徴とする車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 車両前進時における最もディスク回出側に配置される前記ピストンは、他のピストンよりも大径に形成されるとともに、大径の前記ピストンに対応する最もディスク回出側に設けられる前記肉抜き部は、他の肉抜き部よりも容積が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ライニングのディスク周方向の中心線が、前記大径のピストンが内挿されるシリンダ孔の中心と、車両前進時における最もディスク回入側に配置される前記他のピストンが内挿されるシリンダ孔の中心との中間点と前記ディスクロータの中心とを繋ぐシリンダ孔中間線に対してディスク回出側にオフセットするように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記摩擦パッドは、車両前進時におけるディスク回出側に前記耳片を、ディスク回入側に吊下げ片をそれぞれ備え、該吊下げ片に、ディスクロータの外周を跨いでディスク軸方向に配設されるハンガーピンが挿通されるとともに、前記ブリッジ部のディスク半径方向内側壁のディスク回入側に、ディスク回出側に延出して、摩擦パッドのディスク半径方向外側面に当接するパッド弾発片を備えたパッドスプリングを装着し、ディスク回入側の肉抜き部内に、前記パッド弾発片を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ブリッジ部は、ディスク半径方向内側壁の車両前進時におけるディスク回出側端部とディスク回入側端部とを、前記パッドガイド溝のディスク半径方向外側面よりも、ディスク半径方向内側に突出させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ブリッジ部のディスク半径方向内側壁は、前記摩擦パッドのディスク半径方向外側面の形状に応じた形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記摩擦パッドは、車両前進時におけるディスク回出側に前記耳片が、ディスク回入側に吊下げ片がそれぞれ設けられ、該吊下げ片に、ディスクロータの外周を跨いでディスク軸方向に配設されるハンガーピンが挿通されるとともに、前記ブリッジ部のディスク半径方向内側壁のディスク回出側端部に、前記ハンガーピンを抜いた状態で、前記摩擦パッドを、該摩擦パッドの長手方向にスライド可能とするためのパッド着脱溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記パッド着脱溝は、前記パッドガイド溝のディスク半径方向外側面と平行に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
