Description
前記弁口下に形成される弁室と、
前記弁室内に上下動可能に配されるフロート体と、
前記フロート体の上部に載置される前記弁口に対するゴム状弾性を持ったシール部材とを備えてなる、弁装置であって、
前記シール部材は、前記弁口を閉塞可能な主体部と、前記フロート体の上部に対する組み合わせ部と、前記主体部から側方に突き出す延出部とを備えており、
前記フロート体は、一定の範囲での前記シール部材の上下方向の移動を許容した状態で前記組み合わせ部に組み合わされる被組み合わせ部と、前記延出部上に位置される掛かり部とを備えてなる、ものとした。
前記被組み合わせ部を、前記突出片を前記シール部材側の弾性変形により受け入れると共に受け入れ終了位置での前記シール部材側の弾性復帰により前記突出片の前記係合突部に対し一定の範囲での前記シール部材の上下方向の移動を許容した状態で穴縁を引っかける前記フロート体に形成された係合穴としてなることが、この発明の態様の一つとされる。
(1)燃料タンクTb内外を連通する弁口1と、
(2)前記弁口1下に形成される弁室2と、
(3)前記弁室2内に上下動可能に配されて、最大上昇位置で後述のシール部材4によって前記弁口1を閉塞するように構成されたフロート体3と、
(4)前記フロート体3の上部3fに載置される前記弁口1に対する弁体としてのゴム状弾性を持ったシール部材4とを備えてなる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料タンク内外を連通する弁口と、
前記弁口下に形成される弁室と、
前記弁室内に上下動可能に配されるフロート体と、
前記フロート体の上部に載置される前記弁口に対するゴム状弾性を持ったシール部材とを備えてなる、弁装置であって、
前記シール部材は、前記弁口を閉塞可能な主体部と、前記フロート体の上部に対する組み合わせ部と、前記主体部から側方に突き出す延出部とを備えており、
前記フロート体は、一定の範囲での前記シール部材の上下方向の移動を許容した状態で前記組み合わせ部に組み合わされる被組み合わせ部と、前記延出部上に位置される掛かり部とを備えてなり、
しかも、前記組み合わせ部を、前記主体部から下方に突き出す突出片の突き出し端に係合突部を形成させてなり、
前記被組み合わせ部を、前記突出片を前記シール部材側の弾性変形により受け入れると共に受け入れ終了位置での前記シール部材側の弾性復帰により前記突出片の前記係合突部に対し一定の範囲での前記シール部材の上下方向の移動を許容した状態で穴縁を引っかける前記フロート体に形成された係合穴としてなる、燃料タンク用弁装置。 - 前記掛かり部を、前記フロート体の上部から上方に突き出す一対の支持部間に架設させてなる、請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
- 前記一対の支持部間に、前記シール部材の前記延出部の突き出し端から前記主体部側に続く割溝に導入される位置決め部を形成させてなる、請求項2に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
- 前記シール部材は、前記フロート体の上部に対し前記主体部の下面部の中央に形成された突出部をもって載置されるようにしてなる、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用弁装置。
