Claims (8)
- エンジンと、動力伝達装置と、前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションに対応した操作ポジションへ運転者により操作されるシフト操作装置と、前記操作ポジションに応じた制御指令信号に基づいて前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションを電動アクチュエータの作動により切り替えるシフト切替を行う切替装置とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
前記切替装置に前記シフト切替を行わせる為のシフト切替操作が前記運転者により為されたときに、前記シフト切替が許可されていると判定した場合には、前記制御指令信号を出力する一方で、前記シフト切替が禁止されていると判定した場合には、前記制御指令信号を出力しないシフト切替制御部と、
前記エンジンを始動させる為のエンジン始動操作が前記運転者により為されたときに、前記シフト切替が許可されていると判定した場合には、前記シフト切替が禁止されていると前記シフト切替制御部に判定させる第1信号を出力し、前記シフト切替の実行中でないと判定した後に前記エンジンの始動を開始する一方で、前記シフト切替が禁止されていると判定した場合には、直ちに前記エンジンの始動を開始するエンジン始動制御部と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記第1信号を出力してから所定遅延時間が経過したか否かに基づいて、前記シフト切替の実行中でないか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定遅延時間は、前記シフト切替に最大限必要となる予め定められた時間を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記シフト切替が許可される状態とされているときに前記エンジンの始動を開始するものであり、
前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記エンジン始動操作が前記運転者により為されたときに、前記シフト切替が禁止されていると判定した場合には、前記シフト切替が禁止されているとの判定を前記シフト切替制御部に維持させる第2信号を出力し、前記エンジンの始動を開始することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記シフト切替制御部は、前記シフト切替操作が前記運転者により為されたときに、前記第2信号が伝達されない故障が発生しており、前記シフト切替が許可される状態とされてから所定待機時間が経過している場合には、前記制御指令信号を出力する一方で、前記所定待機時間が経過していない場合には、前記制御指令信号を出力しないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定待機時間は、前記エンジンの始動に最大限必要となる予め定められた時間を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジン始動制御部は、前記エンジン始動操作が前記運転者により為されたときに、前記シフト切替が許可されていると判定し、且つ、前記第1信号が伝達されない故障が発生している場合には、前記シフト切替が禁止される状態へ変更し、前記エンジン始動操作に伴う前記エンジンの始動を行わないことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記シフト切替制御部及び前記エンジン始動制御部は、各々、前記車両の電源供給状態が前記シフト切替を許可する第1電源状態である場合には、前記シフト切替が許可されていると判定する一方で、前記電源供給状態が前記シフト切替を禁止する第2電源状態である場合には、前記シフト切替が禁止されていると判定することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
