前記薄膜層の前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面に、透明基材と、第1隠蔽層としてのメタリック隠蔽層と、光拡散層と、光調色層と、第2隠蔽層とが、前記メタリック隠蔽層が前記第2隠蔽層及び前記光調色層よりも突板側に配置されているという配置関係を保ちつつ、任意の順に配置され、
前記突板と、前記薄膜層と、前記透明基材と、前記メタリック隠蔽層と、前記光拡散層と、前記光調色層と、前記第2隠蔽層との各部材の厚みが、前記突板、前記透明基材、前記薄膜層、前記第2隠蔽層の順に小さくなり、
前記第2隠蔽層の厚みと前記メタリック隠蔽層の厚みと前記光拡散層の厚みが互いに同じであり、
前記光拡散層の厚み、前記光調色層の厚みの順に小さくなり、
また、前記突板の第2表面側から第1表面側に向けて光源からの光を照射する際の各部材の光透過性において、前記突板と、前記薄膜層と、前記透明基材と、前記メタリック隠蔽層と、前記光拡散層と、前記光調色層と、前記第2隠蔽層とを比較した際、
前記透明基材の光透過性と前記薄膜層の光透過性とが同じであり、
前記薄膜層、前記突板、前記光拡散層、前記光調色層、前記メタリック隠蔽層、前記第2隠蔽層の順に光透過性が高い。

Claims (12)
- 天然木の突板の第1表面に薄膜層を有し、
前記薄膜層の前記第1表面とは反対側の第2表面に、透明基材と、第1隠蔽層としてのメタリック隠蔽層と、光拡散層と、光調色層と、第2隠蔽層とが、前記メタリック隠蔽層が前記第2隠蔽層及び前記光調色層よりも突板側に配置されているという配置関係を保ちつつ、任意の順に配置され、
前記突板と、前記薄膜層と、前記透明基材と、前記メタリック隠蔽層と、前記光拡散層と、前記光調色層と、前記第2隠蔽層との各部材の厚みが、前記突板、前記透明基材、前記薄膜層、前記第2隠蔽層の順に小さくなり、
前記第2隠蔽層の厚みと前記メタリック隠蔽層の厚みと前記光拡散層の厚みが互いに同じであり、
前記光拡散層の厚み、前記光調色層の厚みの順に小さくなり、
また、前記突板の第2表面側から第1表面側に向けて光源からの光を照射する際の各部材の光透過性において、前記突板と、前記薄膜層と、前記透明基材と、前記メタリック隠蔽層と、前記光拡散層と、前記光調色層と、前記第2隠蔽層とを比較した際、
前記透明基材の光透過性と前記薄膜層の光透過性とが同じであり、
前記薄膜層、前記突板、前記光拡散層、前記光調色層、前記メタリック隠蔽層、前記第2隠蔽層の順に光透過性が高い、突板を用いた表示装置。 - 前記突板の前記第2表面側から前記第1表面側に向けて前記光を照射する前記光源をさらに備え、
前記メタリック隠蔽層及び前記第2隠蔽層において、それぞれ、前記突板の第1表面側から見て同じ位置に文字、マーク、又はパターン柄の形状をした光透過部を有し、前記突板の第2表面側から前記第1表面側に向けて前記光源の前記光を照射した際に前記メタリック隠蔽層の前記光透過部及び前記第2隠蔽層の前記光透過部のみ光が透過し、かつ前記メタリック隠蔽層の前記光透過部の外周が前記第2隠蔽層の前記光透過部の外周よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記突板の内部には、分子量100以上でかつ50,000以下の有機樹脂が含浸されており、突板自体の光透過性が、含浸前よりも向上する、請求項1又は2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記突板の前記厚みは0.1mm以上でかつ0.6mm以下であり、
前記薄膜層の前記厚みは5μm以上でかつ50μm以下であり、
前記透明基材の前記厚みは20μm以上でかつ200μm以下であり、
前記第2隠蔽層、前記メタリック隠蔽層、前記光拡散層のそれぞれの前記厚みは3.5μm以上であり、
前記光調色層の前記厚みは3.5μm未満であり、
前記突板の全光線透過率が5%以上でかつ30%以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記突板を光透過させた際に前記突板の前記第1表面で視認できる光の色について、前記光源として白色LED光源を用いる場合、
白色の光を取り出すための前記光調色層のXY色度図における色度値X、YはX=0.2800以上でかつ0.3300未満、かつY=0.2800以上でかつ0.3300未満であり、
青色の光を取り出すための前記光調色層のXY色度図における色度値X、YがX=0.1700以上でかつ0.2300未満、かつY=0.0190以上でかつ0.2310未満であり、
緑色の光を取り出すための前記光調色層のXY色度図における色度値X、YがX=0.1290以上0.3510未満、かつY=0.4970以上でかつ0.6400未満であり、
赤色の光を取り出すための前記光調色層のXY色度図における色度値X、YがX=0.4800以上でかつ0.5600未満、かつY=0.2900以上でかつ0.3270未満である、請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記突板において、前記突板の前記第2表面側より光を出射せずに外光で前記突板の前記第1表面を視認した状態では、突板由来の色味又は木目のみが視認でき、前記突板の前記第2表面側より光を出射させ、かつ外光で前記突板の前記第1表面を視認した状態では、前記メタリック隠蔽層の前記光透過部及び前記第2隠蔽層の前記光透過部のみが光透過することで、その光透過部と同じ形状の文字、マーク、又はパターン柄の表示部を前記突板の前記第1表面上に視認することができ、その表示部以外は、前記突板の前記第2表面側より光が出射せずに外光で前記突板の前記第1表面を視認した状態と同様の突板由来の色味又は木目のみが視認できる、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2隠蔽層の前記突板と反対側の表面に接着層を有し、その接着層の裏面に透光性を有する透明性補強層を有する、請求項1~6の何れか1つに記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機樹脂に加えて、顔料、染料、難燃剤等を前記突板内部に任意に添加することができる、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 接触検出式の入力装置を、前記突板の前記第2表面側に設ける、請求項1~8の何れか1つに記載の表示装置。
- 前記突板の前記第1表面に、環状または円弧状、あるいは直線状の凹部溝を設け、
前記入力装置は、前記凹部溝に沿って利用者の指の近接中の座標を検出する電極パターンを有する操作入力部を備える、請求項9に記載の表示装置。 - 前記凹部溝の深さが1mm以上でかつ20mm以下であり、前記凹部溝の幅は3mm以上でかつ30mm以下である、請求項10に記載の表示装置。
- 前記突板の前記第2表面に設けた前記光源の間に配置された透光性を有する透明の導光体をさらに備え、
前記導光体より透過した光により、前記メタリック隠蔽層の前記光透過部及び前記第2隠蔽層の前記光透過部の形状を前記突板の前記第1表面に表示する、請求項2又は6に記載の表示装置。
