Claims (21)
- 발광소자와,상기 발광소자의 상부에 구비되는 빛 투과 재질로 된 케이스 구조물과,상기 케이스 구조물의 특정 영역을 제외한 영역의 상부에 적층되며, 빛을 차폐하는 재질로 된 제1도료층과,상기 특정 영역과 상기 제1도료층 상부에 적층되며, 빛을 반투과시키는 재질로 된 제2도료층과,상기 제2도료층 상부에 특정 형상을 이루도록 적층되며, 빛을 반투과시키는 재질로 된 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1도료층, 상기 제2 도료층 및 상기 제1 엠보싱 도료층을 보호하도록, 상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층 상부에 적층되는 빛 투과 재질로 된 보호층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2도료층은 상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층과 빛 투과율이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 케이스 구조물은 투명 아크릴 재질로 사출 성형되고,상기 보호층은 투명 재질의 필름(film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층은 점(dot) 형태를 띠며 이산적으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스 구조물의 특정 영역이 제1입력장치로 기능하도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 이동단말기에는 제2입력장치가 구비되고,상기 제어부는, 상기 제1입력장치 또는 제2입력장치의 작동에 따라 상기 발광소자를 소정 시간 동안 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 케이스 구조물의 특정 영역에는 상기 케이스 구조물의 상하부를 관통하는 관통공이 형성되고,상기 케이스 구조물의 관통공에는 키버튼이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 키버튼은 제1키버튼과, 상기 제1키버튼의 둘레면을 감싸며 형성되는 제2키버튼을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1키버튼 및 제2키버튼은 각각 빛 투과 재질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2키버튼의 하부에는 점(dot) 형태를 띠며 이산적으로 적층되며, 상기 제2키버튼과 빛 투과율이 다른 재질로 된 제2엠보싱(embossing) 도료층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1키버튼은 투명 아크릴 재질로 사출 성형되고,상기 제2엠보싱(embossing) 도료층은 회색 도료층인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이팅 구조물 구비 이동단말기.
- 빛 투과 재질로 된 보호층 배면에 빛을 반투과시키는 재질로 특정 형상을 갖는 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층 형성 후 상기 보호층 배면에 빛을 반투과시키는 재질의 도료를 도포하여 제2도료층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2도료층 배면 중 특정 영역을 제외한 영역에 빛을 차폐하는 재질의 도료를 도포하여 제1도료층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층은 상기 보호층 배면 중 상기 특정 영역을 제외한 영역에 형성되고,상기 제2도료층의 배면 중 상기 제1도료층이 형성되지 않은 특정 영역은 상기 보호층 배면 특정 영역의 하부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제2도료층은 상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층과 빛 투과율이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 투명 재질의 필림(film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법.
- 제15항 및 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1엠보싱(embossing) 도료층은 점(dot) 형태를 띠며 이산적으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법.
- 제15항 및 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항의 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동단말기의 백라이팅 구조물.
