- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、通電されることにより発熱する導電性基材と前記導電性基材を介して加熱される触媒とを含む電気加熱式の触媒装置と、
制御装置と、
を備える車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記導電性基材に供給する基材供給電力を制御する基材供給電力制御部と、
前記導電性基材の温度が上昇していく過程において前記触媒装置の内部に水分が存在していた場合に発生し、前記導電性基材の温度が部分的に所定温度帯域で停滞する停滞期間であるか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備え、
前記基材供給電力制御部は、
前記停滞期間であると判定されたときは、前記導電性基材の水分が存在している部位と存在していない部位との温度差が、前記導電性基材を劣化させるおそれのある所定温度差以上とならないように、前記停滞期間ではないと判定されたときと比較して、前記基材供給電力を低い電力に制御する、

前記基材供給電力を、前記停滞期間ではないと判定されたときに前記導電性基材に供給される所定の通常供給電力に制御したときに、前記導電性基材の温度が上昇していく過程で前記導電性基材の水分が存在する部位と水分が存在していない部位との間で生じる温度差が、所定の温度差以上となる水分量である、
請求項2から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記判定部は、
前記導電性基材の温度が、前記触媒装置の内部に存在する水分が蒸発していると判断できる所定温度以上になったときは、前記触媒装置の内部に水分が存在しているか否かにかかわらず、前記停滞期間であると判定し、
前記基材供給電力制御部は、
前記停滞期間であると判定されたときは、基材供給電力を所定時間だけ、前記停滞期間ではないと判定されたときに前記導電性基材に供給される所定の通常供給電力よりも低い所定電力に制御する、
請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記車両は、前記車両の駆動源として前記内燃機関の他に走行用モータをさらに備え、
前記基材供給電力制御部は、
前記内燃機関を始動する前の前記走行用モータの駆動力による走行中に、前記導電性基材に対する通電を実施して前記基材供給電力を制御する、
請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、通電されることにより発熱する導電性基材と前記導電性基材を介して加熱される触媒とを含む電気加熱式の触媒装置と、
を備える車両の制御方法であって、
前記導電性基材に供給する基材供給電力を制御する基材供給電力制御工程と、
前記導電性基材の温度が上昇していく過程において前記触媒装置の内部に水分が存在していた場合に発生し、前記導電性基材の温度が部分的に所定温度帯域で停滞する停滞期間であるか否かを判定する判定工程と、
を備え、
前記基材供給電力制御工程は、
前記停滞期間であると判定されたときは、前記停滞期間ではないと判定されたときと比較して、前記基材供給電力を低い電力に制御する、
車両の制御方法。 - 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、通電されることにより発熱する導電性基材と前記導電性基材を介して加熱される触媒とを含む電気加熱式の触媒装置と、
制御装置と、
を備える車両であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記導電性基材に供給する基材供給電力を制御する基材供給電力制御部と、
前記導電性基材の温度が上昇していく過程において前記触媒装置の内部に水分が存在していた場合に発生し、前記導電性基材の温度が部分的に所定温度帯域で停滞する停滞期間であるか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記触媒装置の内部に存在する水分量である内部水分量を算出する内部水分量算出部と、
を備え、
前記基材供給電力制御部は、
前記停滞期間であると判定されたときは、前記停滞期間ではないと判定されたときと比較して、前記基材供給電力を低い電力に制御し、さらに前記内部水分量が多いときは、少ないときと比較して前記基材供給電力を低くする、
