Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを支持し、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーを備えるバスバーフレーム組立体と、
前記バスバーフレーム組立体の上面及び底面に備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルの前記電極リードと前記複数のバスバーとの電気的接続のための溶接工程時に、前記バスバーフレーム組立体を固定するための溶接固定治具が挿入される複数の固定治具孔とを含み、
前記バスバーフレーム組立体が、
前記複数のバスバーを備えるフロントフレーム及びリアフレームと、
前記フロントフレームと前記リアフレームとを連結するトップフレームとを含み、
前記複数の固定治具孔が、
前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの前記上面及び前記底面に備えられる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の固定治具孔が、
前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの前記底面に備えられ、前記溶接工程時に前記溶接固定治具が挿入されるベース治具孔と、
前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの前記上面に備えられ、前記溶接工程時に前記溶接固定治具が挿入されるトップ治具孔とを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ベース治具孔が、
前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの各底面エッジに形成されるエッジ治具孔と、
前記エッジ治具孔の間に備えられ、前記バスバーフレーム組立体の幅方向に沿って相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置される補助治具孔とを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記トップ治具孔が、前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの各上面エッジに形成されるエッジ治具孔を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームが、前記トップフレームに対して回転自在にヒンジ結合される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記トップフレームには、前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームの前記トップフレームとのヒンジ結合時に、前記複数の固定治具孔との干渉を防止するための複数の干渉防止溝が形成される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の干渉防止溝が、前記トップフレームの4つの角領域に備えられる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
少なくとも一つの前記バッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースとを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
