Claims (10)
- 복수의 원통형 전지셀;
상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀을 수용하는 수용부가 구비된 모듈 케이스;
전기 전도성을 가지고 판상으로 구성된 본체부, 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀 사이를 전기적으로 연결하도록 구성된 연결부를 구비한 버스바; 및
전기 절연성을 가지고 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀, 상기 모듈 케이스, 및 상기 버스바 중 적어도 둘 사이에 채워진 상태로 경화된 충진재를 포함하고,
상기 수용부는:
상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀을 수용하는 복수의 중공 구조; 그리고,
상기 복수의 중공 구조를 연통시키는 유입구를 포함하고,
상기 충진재는,
상기 복수의 중공 구조와 상기 유입구에 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충진재는 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀, 상기 모듈 케이스, 및 상기 버스바 각각의 외측면의 적어도 일부를 감싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용부는 수용된 복수의 원통형 전지셀의 측부가 서로 노출되도록 개방된 개방 구조를 가지고,
상기 충진재는 상기 개방 구조를 통해 복수의 원통형 전지셀 사이를 연결한 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 연결부는,
상기 원통형 전지셀의 전극 단자와 대응되는 위치에서 천공되어 형성된 접속구; 및
상기 원통형 전지셀의 전극 단자와 접속하도록 상기 접속구로부터 연장 돌출된 접속 단자
를 구비하고,
상기 충진재는 상기 접속구와 상기 전극 단자 사이의 적어도 일부에 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 본체부에는 상기 충진재가 유입되도록 구성된 개구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 버스바의 본체부에는 상기 충진재가 유입되도록 구성된 고정홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모듈 케이스는,
전기 절연성을 가지고 상기 충진재가 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀, 상기 모듈 케이스, 및 상기 버스바 중 적어도 둘 사이에 주입되는 것을 가이드 하도록 외측 방향으로 돌출된 가이드 벽을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제6항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 따른 배터리 팩을 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
