Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容するためのモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に挿入され、前記複数のバッテリーセルを支持するバスバーフレーム組立体であって、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーを備えるバスバーフレーム組立体と、
前記複数のバスバーのうち少なくとも一対のバスバーと連結され、前記複数のバスバーの間に配置されるヒューズユニットとを含む、バッテリーモジュールであって、
前記モジュールケースの一面には、熱伝導性樹脂を注入可能な少なくとも一つの樹脂注入孔が形成される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバスバーが、前記ヒューズユニットを挟んで相互に対称に配置される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒューズユニットが、前記バスバーフレーム組立体の前面及び後面のうち少なくとも一面の中央に備えられる、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒューズユニットが、
前記少なくとも一対のバスバーと連結される一対の連結部材と、
前記一対の連結部材の間に設けられ、所定以上の過電流が流れると溶断するヒューズ本体とを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ヒューズユニットが、前記一対のバスバーと前記一対の連結部材とを結合させるための一対の結合部材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレーム組立体が、前記複数のバスバーを備えるフロントフレーム及びリアフレームと、前記フロントフレームと前記リアフレームとを連結するトップフレームとを含み、
前記ヒューズユニットは、前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームのうち少なくとも一つに設けられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ヒューズユニットが、前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームのうち少なくとも一つの中央に配置される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記フロントフレーム及び前記リアフレームが、前記トップフレームに対して回転自在にヒンジ結合される、請求項6または7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースとを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
