Description
まず、床下ダクト100の全体構造について説明する。床下ダクト100は、鉄道車両101の床下に設けられており、ケーブルを含む電装品を格納する。床下ダクト100は、鉄道車両101の長手方向に沿って延びている。なお、以下では鉄道車両101の長手方向を「車両長手方向」と称し、鉄道車両101の幅方向を「車幅方向」と称して説明を行う。
上記のとおり、本実施形態に係る床下ダクト100は、鉄道車両101の床下に設けられ、ケーブルを含む電装品を格納するダクトである。そして、床下ダクト100は、上方に向かって凸の形状のフレーム11、及び、下方に向かって開口した開口部12を有する箱体10と、開口部12を閉塞し、箱体10との間にダクト通路21を形成する蓋20と、を備えている。さらに、車幅方向において箱体10の端部は蓋20の端部より外側に位置している。
次に、連結吊りボルト取付機構50について詳細に説明する。図9は、連結吊りボルト取付機構50を斜め下から見た分解斜視図である。なお、図9の紙面左上-右下方向が車幅方向であり、紙面右上-左下方向が車両長手方向である。図9に示すように、連結吊りボルト取付機構50は、連結吊りボルト52と、吊溝レール53と、裏当て板54と、を備えている。また、以下では、吊溝レール53の長手方向を「吊溝レール長手方向」と称し、吊溝レール53の幅方向を「吊溝レール幅方向」と称して説明を行なう。
本実施形態に係る連結吊りボルト52は、ボルト頭58の外径より狭幅であって吊溝レール長手方向に延びた開口部73を有する吊溝レール53に挿入され、機器を吊り下げ可能な吊りボルトである。そして、連結吊りボルト52は、吊溝レール53内を吊溝レール長手方向に移動し、その軸部57が開口部73を貫通する複数のボルト55と、複数のボルト55同士を連結し、隣接する各前記複数のボルト55の吊溝レール長手方向の間隔を保持する連結部材56と、を備えている。

Claims (3)
- ボルト頭の外径より狭幅であって吊溝レール長手方向に延びた開口部を有する吊溝レールに挿入され、機器を吊り下げ可能な吊りボルトであって、
前記吊溝レール内を吊溝レール長手方向に移動し、その軸部が前記開口部を貫通する複数のボルトと、
前記複数のボルト同士を連結し、隣接する各前記複数のボルトの吊溝レール長手方向の距離を保持する連結部材と、を備え、
前記開口部と同一面の吊溝レール長手方向端部に、前記ボルト頭の外径より広幅に開口したボルト取出部が設けられた吊溝レールに、挿入される吊りボルトであって、
前記連結部材の変形により、前記ボルト取出部において前記ボルト頭の上下方向へ移動を許容する、連結吊りボルト。 - 前記連結部材は、前記開口部よりも幅寸法が小さく形成されている、請求項1に記載の連結吊りボルト。
- 前記ボルト取出部の溝内面に形成され、前記連結吊りボルトの前記ボルト取出部への移動を規制する規制部を有する吊溝レールと、
前記吊溝レールに挿入される、請求項1に記載の連結吊りボルトと、を備える連結吊りボルト取り付け機構。
