Description
Claims (2)
- 下側に開口する第1穴が形成された第1部材と、前記第1穴に挿入されることにより前記第1部材に結合される配管部を含む第2部材と、前記第2部材に結合部で結合される第3部材とを備え、
前記第2部材は、前記配管部の挿入側先端部の上端面は、水平面に対し傾斜した平面上に位置する傾斜面を有し、
前記結合部は、前記配管部の下側に位置し、分離方向が水平方向となるように構成され、
前記傾斜面は、前記第2部材と前記第3部材とが結合された状態で、前記第1部材が前記第2部材の前記配管部に対し下方向に組付けられることにより、前記第1部材の前記第1穴に前記第2部材の前記配管部が下側から挿入される際に、前記傾斜面が前記第1部材に上側から押し付けられた場合に、前記第1部材から前記傾斜面に加わる荷重の水平方向の分力によって、前記結合部において、前記第3部材に対し前記第2部材が分離する方向とは反対方向に前記第2部材から力が作用するように構成される、配管部結合構造。 - 請求項1に記載の配管部結合構造において、
前記第2部材及び前記第3部材の一方の部材に形成された取付穴に樹脂製またはゴム製のグロメットが取り付けられ、
前記結合部は、前記第2部材及び前記第3部材の他方の部材に形成されたピン状突出部と、前記グロメットとが結合されることにより構成される、配管部結合構造。
