Claims (14)

- 前記圧力分散層に接続された熱可塑性スパンレース層と、前記創傷接触層に接続された不織布スパンレース層と、をさらに備え、前記熱可塑性スパンレース層および前記不織布スパンレース層の周辺部分を接合することによってエンベロープ構造が形成され、その結果、前記吸収性材料の複数の層が実質的に前記エンベロープ構造の内部空洞内に配設される、請求項1に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記エンベロープ構造の前記内部空洞内に配設されている、請求項2または3に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。

- 前記創傷接触層が、カルボキシメチル化されたセルロース繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 前記創傷接触層が、ナイロン製のステッチを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 前記圧力分散層が、網状発泡体を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 前記吸収性材料の複数の層のうちの1つ以上に開窓をさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 前記可撓性コネクタ内に配設された圧力搬送部材をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
- 創傷滲出液管理システムであって、
創傷を覆って保護するための包帯を備え、前記包帯が、
創傷接触層であって、前記創傷接触層が、第1の表面および第2の表面を有し、周辺領域および中央領域をさらに有し、前記包帯が前記創傷に隣接して皮膚に接着されるときに、前記創傷接触層の前記第1の表面が前記創傷に接触する、創傷接触層と、
周辺領域および中央領域を有する圧力分散層と、
前記創傷接触層の前記第2の表面と前記圧力分散層との間に配設された吸収性材料の複数の層と、
前記圧力分散層の前記周辺領域を前記創傷接触層の前記第2の表面の前記周辺領域と接合することによって形成されるエンベロープと、を備え、前記吸収性材料の複数の層が、実質的に前記エンベロープの内部空洞内に配設され、
第1の表面および第2の表面を有するバッキング層であって、前記バッキング層の前記第1の表面が、前記圧力分散層に隣接して接触しているバッキング層と、
前記バッキング層の前記第2の表面に接続された可撓性コネクタと、
前記バッキング層と前記可撓性コネクタの間に配置される上部吸収剤インジケータ部材と、
前記可撓性コネクタおよび前記上部吸収剤インジケータ部材と前記バッキング層との間に配置される上部接着部材と、をさらに備え、
前記上部接着部材が、前記可撓性コネクタおよび前記上部吸収剤インジケータ部材を前記バッキング層に接着する、
創傷滲出液管理システム。 - 前記圧力分散層に接続された熱可塑性スパンレース層と、前記創傷接触層に接続された不織布スパンレース層と、をさらに備え、前記エンベロープが、前記熱可塑性スパンレース層および前記不織布スパンレース層の周辺部分を接合することによって形成され、前記エンベロープの前記内部空洞が、前記不織布スパンレース層および前記熱可塑性スパンレース層によって形成され、前記吸収性材料の複数の層が、実質的に前記エンベロープの内部空洞内に配設される、請求項11に記載の創傷滲出液管理システム。
