Description
設けられ、前記被加熱物を輻射加熱する輻射加熱部と、前記加熱室の後方に設けられ、前記被加熱物を対流加熱する対流装置と、前記対流装置内に設けられ、前記対流装置内の温度を検出する温度センサと、前記温度センサにより検出された温度に応じて、前記輻射加熱部と前記対流装置とを作動させ、前記加熱室の庫内温度を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記加熱室の前記庫内温度が第1の所定温度まで上昇すると、前記制御部は前記輻射加熱部の出力を中間値に設定し、前記庫内温度が前記第1の所定温度を超えた後、前記庫内温度が前記第1の所定温度まで低下すると、前記制御部は前記輻射加熱部の出力を定格出力の最大値に設定する加熱調理器において、前記制御部は、前記輻射加熱部による加熱を開始する前に前記対流ヒータをオンし、前記加熱室の前記庫内温度が第1の所定温度まで上昇する前に前記対流ヒータをオフしたままで前記輻射加熱部の出力を制御する。

Claims (2)
- 被加熱物が載置される加熱室と、
前記加熱室内に設けられ、前記被加熱物を輻射加熱する輻射加熱部と、
前記加熱室の後方に設けられ、前記被加熱物を対流加熱する対流ヒータを有する対流装置と、
前記対流装置内に設けられ、前記対流装置内の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度に応じて、前記輻射加熱部と前記対流装置とを作動させ、前記加熱室の庫内温度を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記加熱室の前記庫内温度が第1の所定温度まで上昇すると、前記制御部は前記輻射加熱部の出力を中間値に設定し、
前記庫内温度が前記第1の所定温度を超えた後、前記庫内温度が前記第1の所定温度まで低下すると、前記制御部は前記輻射加熱部の出力を定格出力の最大値に設定する加熱調理器において、
前記制御部は、前記輻射加熱部による加熱を開始する前に前記対流ヒータをオンし、前記加熱室の前記庫内温度が第1の所定温度まで上昇する前に前記対流ヒータをオフしたままで前記輻射加熱部の出力を制御することを特徴とする加熱調理器。 - 前記加熱室の下方に設けられた機械室と、前記制御部により制御され前記機械室内を冷却する冷却ファンと、を備え、
前記制御部は、調理開始後、前記庫内温度が前記第1の所定温度より低い第2の所定温度に達すると前記冷却ファンを作動させるように構成された請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。
