Claims (7)
- 左右方向に延在するヒンジ軸体を有する第1部材と、前記ヒンジ軸体を遊嵌する軸受孔を有する第2部材とを有するヒンジ構造であって、
前記第1部材が、前記ヒンジ軸体に対向するように前記ヒンジ軸体側に設けられた第1衝当部を有し、
前記第2部材が、内周面によって前記軸受孔を画成する軸受部の外周面に設けられた第2衝当部を有し、
前記両部材が開位置から閉位置に至る前の第1角度範囲において前記第1衝当部及び前記第2衝当部が前記ヒンジ軸体の半径方向又はこれに平行な方向に互いに衝当するように、前記両衝当部が構成されていることを特徴とするヒンジ構造。 - 前記第1部材の前記ヒンジ軸体側及び前記第2部材の前記軸受孔側の一方に第1突部が設けられ、
前記両部材が開位置から閉位置に至る前の第2角度範囲において、前記第1突部が、前記第1部材の前記ヒンジ軸体側及び前記第2部材の前記軸受孔側の他方の部分に衝当し、
前記第1角度範囲と前記第2角度範囲は少なくとも部分的に重なり、前記第1突部の前記他方への衝当によって前記第2部材に加わる力と、前記第1衝当部及び前記第2衝当部の互いの衝当によって前記第2部材に加わる力とは、前記ヒンジ軸体の半径方向又はこれに平行な方向において互いに反対向きの成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒンジ構造。 - 前記第1衝当部は、前記第1部材の前記ヒンジ軸体側の左右に設けられ、
前記第2衝当部は、前記第2部材の前記軸受孔側の左右に設けられ、
前記第1突部は、2つの前記第1衝当部の間、又は2つの前記第2衝当部の間に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のヒンジ構造。 - 前記第1突部は、左右1対設けられ、
前記第1部材の前記ヒンジ軸体側及び前記第2部材の前記軸受孔側の前記他方の部分は、左右1対の前記第1突部間に受容される第2突部を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のヒンジ構造。 - 前記第1突部における前記第1部材の前記ヒンジ軸体側及び前記第2部材の前記軸受孔側の前記他方の部分に衝当する先端部は、丸み又はテーパーを有することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載のヒンジ構造。
- 当該ヒンジ構造は、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の前記閉位置における開方向への移動を規制するように、前記ヒンジ軸体及び前記軸受孔に対して遠位側の端部にラッチ機構が設けられたクランプであり、
前記ラッチ機構は、前記第1部材に設けられて前記ヒンジ軸体の反対側に向かって膨出した係止部と、前記第2部材の本体から閉方向に向かって延出して、前記閉位置において前記係止部に係止されるべく先端部が前記軸受孔に向かって膨出した第1係止爪とを有し、
前記両衝当部の一方が、前記閉位置の近傍において、前記両衝当部の他方を部分的に受容するアンダーカット凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のヒンジ構造。 - 前記ラッチ機構は、弾発性を有し、
前記アンダーカット凹部は、前記閉位置において、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材が互いに離間する方向に力を受けた時に、前記両衝当部の前記他方に設けられた突起を係止することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヒンジ構造。
