(1)環境遮断性
明細書中に記載の方法に従い、酸素透過率を求めた。なお、乾燥膜厚を60μmとした。
(2)塗膜強度
試験板に対し、JIS K 5600−5−7(プルオフ法)に従い、付着性試験を行い、塗膜強度を測定した。下記の塗板作製方法により得た試験板を評価に用い、単膜付着強度および複層膜付着強度を測定した。
なお、比較例で見られる単膜付着強度の低下は主に塗膜中での凝集破壊(塗膜表面の剥離も含む)に起因しており、複層膜付着強度の低下は塗膜中での凝集破壊に加え、上塗塗膜との付着性が悪いことにより生じると推察される。このため、比較例2、4及び6では、塗膜中で凝集破壊が生じていると考えられる。
(3)防食性
JIS K5600−7−1:1999の耐中性塩水噴霧性に準じて、試験片を塩水噴霧に5000時間さらし、該試験片に生じたサビ、フクレ等の発生程度を下記の基準に従って1000時間ごとに評価した。下記の塗板作製方法により得た試験板を評価に用いた。
◎:塗膜表面に異常がなく、塗膜外観が優れている。
○:塗膜表面の一部にさび及び膨れ等の異常が認められる。
×:塗膜表面の全体にさび及び膨れ等の異常が認められる。
(4)塗板作製方法
本塗料組成物を用いて、グリットブラスト板(3.2×70×150mm)に、乾燥膜厚が60μmとなるようスプレー塗装し、乾燥し、下塗塗膜を形成した。下塗塗膜を室温で1週間乾燥し、目的とする塗板(試験板)を得た。得られた塗板を単膜付着強度の測定に供した。同様に下塗塗膜を形成し、得られた塗板の裏面を下塗塗料として用いた塗料と同様の塗料でシールし、室温で1週間乾燥させた後、防食性試験に供した。
また、同様に下塗塗膜を形成した塗板に、上塗り塗料としてVフロン#100Hスマイル上塗(大日本塗料株式会社製ふっ素樹脂上塗塗料)を乾燥膜厚が25μmとなるようにスプレー塗装した。得られた2層の塗膜を室温で1週間乾燥し、得られた塗板を複層膜付着強度の測定に供した。
表1〜2に示す配合処方に従い、主剤及び硬化剤を調製した。また、得られた主剤及び硬化剤を混合して、塗料組成物を調製し、塗膜性能を評価した。結果を表1〜2に示す。なお、表1〜2中の塗料組成物の組成の単位は「質量部」である。
Claims (5)
- 樹脂と、鱗片状アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレークと、アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレーク以外の鱗片状顔料とを含有する塗料組成物であって、前記鱗片状アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレークが平均粒子径20〜60μmのノンリーフィングタイプのアルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレークであり、前記アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレーク以外の鱗片状顔料が平均粒子径5〜50μm、アスペクト比10〜100であり、前記鱗片状アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレーク(A)と前記アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレーク以外の鱗片状顔料(B)との質量比(A/B)が1/2〜1/18であり、前記アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレーク以外の鱗片状顔料がタルク及びマイカから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする塗料組成物。
- 前記塗料組成物の不揮発分中における前記鱗片状アルミニウム顔料又はステンレスフレークの量が2.0〜12.5質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。
- 防錆顔料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塗料組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の塗料組成物から得られる塗膜。
- 乾燥膜厚が30〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の塗膜。
