各試験タイヤをリムサイズ20×9 1/2Jのホイールに組み付け、内圧270kPaで表面が平滑な鋼製で直径1707mmのドラムを備えたドラム試験機に装着し、周辺温度を38±3℃に制御し、速度120km/hから30分毎に10km/hずつ加速し、タイヤに故障が生じるまでの走行距離を計測した。評価結果は、従来例1の測定値を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど、タイヤに故障が生じるまでの走行距離が大きく、高速耐久性が優れていることを意味する。尚、この指数値が「110」未満であると、充分な改善効果が得られなかったことを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ20×9 1/2Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を270kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両(四輪駆動車)に装着し、2名が乗車した状態で乾燥路面からなるテストコースにて、テストドライバーによる乗心地性の官能評価を行った。評価結果は、従来例1を3.0(基準)とする5点法にて評価し、最高点と最低点を除いた5名の平均点で表した。この評価値が大きいほど乗心地性に優れることを意味する。尚、この点数が「3.5」以上であれば、優れた乗心地性が得られたことを意味する。
各試験タイヤを、リムサイズ20×9 1/2Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧を270kPaとし、プランジャー径19±1.6mmのプランジャーを負荷速度(プランジャーの押し込み速度)50.0±1.5m/minの条件でトレッド中央部に押し付けるタイヤ破壊試験を行い、タイヤ強度(タイヤの破壊エネルギー)を測定した。評価結果は、従来例1の測定値を100とする指数にて示した。この値が大きいほど破壊エネルギーが大きく、耐ショックバースト性に優れることを意味する。尚、この指数値が「110」未満であると、充分な改善効果が得られなかったことを意味する。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、前記トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、前記一対のビード部間に装架された少なくとも1層のカーカス層と、前記トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側に配置された複数層のベルト層と、前記ベルト層の外周側に配置されたベルト補強層とを有する空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カーカス層は有機繊維コードからなるカーカスコードで構成され、前記カーカスコードの破断伸びが20%以上、前記カーカスコードの前記サイドウォール部における1.5cN/dtex負荷時の伸びが5.0%〜8.0%であり、
前記ベルト補強層は有機繊維コードからなるカバーコードで構成され、前記カバーコードの3.0%伸長時の幅50mm当たりの引張強度が2.8kN〜4.0kNであることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記カーカスコードの熱収縮率が0.5%〜2.5%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 下記式(1)で表される前記カーカスコードの撚り係数Kが2000〜2500であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。

- 前記カバーコードが芳香族ポリアミド繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
