Description
マトリックス相は、少なくともマイクロビッカース硬さ(HMV)220を有しており、硬質相は、少なくともマイクロビッカース硬さ(HMV)700を有している。
厚さ0.70mmの冷間圧延鋼板(SPCC)を幅170mm、長さ600mmの寸法に切断した条片を準備し、この条片の一方の面を含む全面に電解ニッケルめっきによる厚さ20μmのニッケル皮膜を施し、これを裏金とした。
前記実施例1と同様の冷間圧延鋼板とこの冷間圧延鋼板の一方の面を含む全面に施した厚さ20μmのニッケル皮膜とからなる裏金を用意した。
前記実施例1と同様の裏金を用意した。
原料金属として、鉄単体、ニッケル単体及びニッケル−8質量%燐合金を準備し、これらの原料金属から鉄単体48質量%、ニッケル単体15質量%及びニッケル−8質量%燐合金37質量%を計量した。これらの原料金属を溶解した溶湯を高速で噴射された流体(不活性ガス)に衝突させて微粉化すると共に冷却して、ニッケル49質量%、燐3質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物48質量%を含むアトマイズ合金粉末を作製した。このアトマイズ合金粉末の粒径は、45〜106μmであった。
比較例2と同様の裏金及びニッケル49質量%、燐3質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物48質量%を含むアトマイズ合金粉末を用意した。裏金の一方の面のニッケル皮膜の表面にアトマイズ合金粉末を散布し、一様な厚さの未焼結のアトマイズ合金粉末層を作製した。ついで、水素・窒素混合ガス(25vol%H2−75vol%N2)の還元性雰囲気に調整した焼結炉に搬送して900℃、910℃、920℃及び930℃の温度で夫々10分間焼結した。冷却後、焼結炉から取り出したところ、焼結温度が930℃の温度で焼結した場合に限り、多孔質焼結合金層が裏金の一方の面にニッケル皮膜を介して一体的に接合されていることを確認した。複層焼結板の多孔質焼結合金層は、鉄−ニッケル合金を含むマトリックス相と該マトリックス相の内部にニッケル−燐−鉄合金を含んで発生された液相から析出されたニッケル−燐−鉄合金を含む硬質相とを備えた組織を呈しており、該マトリックス相のマイクロビッカース硬さ(MVH)は、当該マトリックス相の7か所の部位の測定値の平均値で267を示し、硬質相のマイクロビッカース硬さ(MVH)は、当該硬質相の7か所の部位の測定値の平均値で660を示した。

図4に示すように、実施例1から実施例9並びに比較例1及び比較例3の夫々の複層焼結板から作製された一辺が30mmの方形状の軸受試験片17を試験台に固定し、相手材となる円筒体18から軸受試験片17の一方の面19に、当該面19に直交する方向Xの所定の荷重をかけながら、円筒体18を当該円筒体18の軸心20の周りで方向Yに回転させ、軸受試験片17と円筒体18との間の摩擦係数及び20時間試験後の面19の摩耗量を測定した。

Claims (6)
- 裏金と、この裏金の一方の面に一体的に接合された多孔質焼結合金層とを具備しており、多孔質焼結合金層は、ニッケル30〜50質量%、燐1〜10質量%、錫2.5〜10質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物を有すると共に鉄−ニッケル−錫合金を含むマトリックス相と該マトリックス相の内部に析出したニッケル−燐−鉄−錫合金を含む硬質相とを具備した組織を有し、
マトリックス相は、少なくともマイクロビッカース硬さ(HMV)220を有しており、硬質相は、少なくともマイクロビッカース硬さ(HMV)700を有している複層焼結板。 - 裏金は、フェライト系、オーステナイト系又はマルテンサイト系のステンレス鋼板を具備しており、裏金の一方の面は、このステンレス鋼板の一方の面である請求項1に記載の複層焼結板。
- 裏金は、フェライト系、オーステナイト系又はマルテンサイト系のステンレス鋼板と、このステンレス鋼板の少なくとも一方の面を被覆したニッケル皮膜とを具備しており、裏金の一方の面は、このニッケル皮膜の一方の面である請求項1に記載の複層焼結板。
- 裏金は、一般構造用圧延鋼板又は冷間圧延鋼板を具備しており、裏金の一方の面は、この一般構造用圧延鋼板又は冷間圧延鋼板の一方の面である請求項1に記載の複層焼結板。
- 裏金は、一般構造用圧延鋼板又は冷間圧延鋼板と、この一般構造用圧延鋼板又は冷間圧延鋼板の一方の面を被覆したニッケル皮膜とを具備しており、裏金の一方の面は、このニッケル皮膜の一方の面である請求項1に記載の複層焼結板。
- 裏金と、この裏金の一方の面に一体的に接合された多孔質焼結合金層とを備えた複層焼結板の製造方法であって、
(a)裏金として、フェライト系、オーステナイト系若しくはマルテンサイト系のステンレス鋼板又は一般構造用圧延鋼板若しくは冷間圧延鋼板からなる鋼板を準備する工程と、
(b)ニッケル30〜50質量%、燐1〜10質量%、錫2.5〜10質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物を有した合金を得ることができる所定量の鉄単体、ニッケル単体、鉄−燐合金、ニッケル−燐合金及び錫単体の原料金属を溶解して溶湯を作製すると共に当該溶湯をアトマイズ法により粉末化し、アトマイズ合金粉末を作製する工程と、
(c)アトマイズ合金粉末を裏金の一方の面に一様な厚さに散布し、これを還元性雰囲気に調整した焼結炉内で890〜930℃の温度で5〜10分間焼結し、裏金の一方の面に、ニッケル30〜50質量%、燐1〜10質量%、錫2.5〜10質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物を有する多孔質焼結合金層を一体的に接合する工程と、
を具備しており、
鋼板からなる裏金の一方の表面に一体的に接合された多孔質焼結合金層は、鉄−ニッケル−錫合金を含むマトリックス相と、マトリックス相の内部に析出したニッケル−燐−鉄−錫合金を含む硬質相とを具備した組織を有する複層焼結板の製造方法。
