Claims (2)
- 平面上に形成された細長い線路導体と、
該線路導体の少なくとも一方の端部において厚さ方向に配置された容量電極導体と、
前記線路導体と前記容量電極導体とを接続する接続導体と、
を有する単位セルを複数個含み、
前記単位セルの前記容量電極導体は、他の前記単位セルの前記容量電極導体又は前記線路導体と厚さ方向に対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする人工誘電体。 - 請求項1に記載の人工誘電体を含む人工誘電体共振器において、
共振モードにおいて磁界のエネルギーが大きい領域の前記単位セルは、前記線路導体の幅が前記容量電極導体の幅より狭く、電界のエネルギーが大きい領域の前記単位セルは、前記磁界のエネルギーが大きい領域の前記単位セルよりも前記線路導体の幅が広いことを特徴とする人工誘電体共振器。
