Description
Claims (14)
- 3D印刷用の造形材料容器であって、
造形材料を保持するためのつぶれることが可能な貯蔵部と、
少なくとも1つの選択された位置で前記貯蔵部に取り付けられ、前記容器が使用時の構成のときには、前記貯蔵部の少なくとも1つの部分のつぶれに抵抗することができ、これにより、前記貯蔵部によって囲まれるかまたは占有される体積が減少することに抵抗できる補強構造
を備え、
前記補強構造は前記貯蔵部の一部又は全てを囲む箱の形態の容器を備え、
対向する対をなす前記貯蔵部の側壁は、前記補強構造の対応する側壁に取り付けられ、及び/又は前記貯蔵部の基部は前記補強構造の基部に取り付けられ、
前記貯蔵部及び前記補強構造は折り曲げ可能であって、前記容器を、比較的平坦な構成から、該貯蔵部を造形材料で充填可能な前記使用時の構成に再構成するのを可能にすることからなる、3D印刷用の造形材料容器。 - 前記使用時の構成において前記容器が占める体積は、前記比較的平坦な構成において前記容器が占める体積よりも少なくとも80%大きい、請求項1の容器。
- 前記貯蔵部は比較的可撓性であり、前記補強構造は比較的剛性である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記補強構造は単一の材料から構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器が前記使用時の構成のときには、前記貯蔵部は、少なくとも、充填されておりかつつぶれていない状態のときに、収束しない上側部分と収束する下側部分を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの選択された位置は、前記上側部分に含まれている、請求項5の容器。
- 前記容器が、前記使用時の構成でありかつ意図された使用時の向きを向いているときには、前記補強構造は、収束しない上側部分と収束する下側部分を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 造形材料が前記貯蔵部から出ることができるようにするための造形材料排出口構造をさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- ガスが前記貯蔵部に入ることができるようにするための開口を含むガス入口構造をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器が前記使用時の構成のときには、前記補強構造は、立方体状構造の対向する側壁を形成する一対の部分を備え、前記一対の部分のそれぞれの部分は、前記容器が前記平坦な構成のときには折り曲げられる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器を前記使用時の構成に保持するための支持構造をさらに備え、前記容器が前記平坦な構成のときには、前記支持構造は、前記補強構造及び前記貯蔵部から空間的に分離可能であり、前記容器が前記使用時の構成のときには、前記支持構造は、前記補強構造に接続される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記平坦な構成となるように、前記支持構造は折り曲げ可能である、請求項11の容器。
- 前記貯蔵部はプラスチック材料から形成され、前記補強構造は厚紙から形成される、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 3D印刷用の造形材料容器であって、
造形材料を受け取って保持するための比較的可撓性の材料から形成された内側部分と、
前記内側部分の周りに配置されて該内側部分に接続された、比較的剛性の材料から形成され、これによって前記内側部分によって囲まれるかまたは占有される体積が減少することに抵抗できる外側部分
を備え、
前記外側部分は前記内側部分の一部又は全てを囲む箱の形態の容器を備え、
対向する対をなす前記内側部分の側壁は、前記外側部分の対応する側壁に取り付けられ、及び/又は前記内側部分の基部は前記外側部分の基部に取り付けられ、
前記内側部分と前記外側部分は折り曲げ可能であって、前記容器の最小外形寸法が比較的小さい値を有する第1の構成と、前記容器の最小外形寸法が比較的大きな値を有する第2の構成との間で前記容器を再構成するのを可能にする、3D印刷用の造形材料容器。
