分析器に又は分析器に向かってエアロゾル、煙、若しくは蒸気、及び/又は液体を吸引することと、
液体トラップ又は分離器を使用し、1つ又は複数の第2の装置によって吸引される液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄することと
を含む、質量分析及び/又はイオン移動度分光分析の方法が提供される。
位置閾値以下である又は最低の係る距離であるモデル空間の中で、モデル空間の中の1つ又は複数の試料スペクトルのための1つ又は複数の投射された試料点と、基準試料スペクトル、値、境界、線、平面、超平面、体積、ボロノイセル、又は位置のための1つ又は複数の基準点の集合との間の距離と、
モデル空間の中の、1つ又は複数の基準試料スペクトル、値、境界、線、平面、超平面、又は位置のための1つ又は複数の基準点の一方の側又は他方の側であるモデル空間の中の1つ又は複数の試料スペクトルのための1つ又は複数の投射された試料点の位置と、
モデル空間の中の1つ又は複数の体積又はボロノイセルの中にあるモデル空間の中の1つ又は複数の試料スペクトルの1つ又は複数の投射された試料点の位置と、
確率若しくは分類スコア閾値を超える又は係る最高の確率若しくは分類スコアである確率若しくは分類スコアと、
の1つ又は複数を含んでよい。
生物組織を第1の装置と接触させ、エアロゾル、煙、及び/又は蒸気を発生させるために第1の装置を活性化することと、
エアロゾル、煙、蒸気、及び/又は液体を吸引し、吸引された残りのエアロゾル、煙、及び/又は蒸気を、検体イオンを形成するために質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計の真空チャンバの中に位置する衝突表面に当たらせる前に吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄することと、
検体イオンを分析することと
を含む電気手術の方法が提供される。
標的からエアロゾル、煙、又は蒸気を発生させるように配置され、適応された第1の装置と、
第1の装置が、使用中、エアロゾル、煙、又は蒸気を発生させるために生物組織と接触するときに第1の装置を活性化するように配置され、適応された装置と、
エアロゾル、煙、蒸気、及び/又は液体を吸引するように配置され、適応された装置と、
吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するように配置され、適応された装置と、
(i)使用中、検体イオンを形成するために残りのエアロゾル、煙、及び/又は蒸気が衝突表面に当たるように配置される、質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計の真空チャンバの中に位置する衝突表面、及び(ii)検体イオンを分析するための分析器を含む質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計と
を備える電気手術器具が提供される。
1つ又は複数の電極を含む電気手術ツールと、
分析のために分析器に又は分析器に向かって検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、又は蒸気を吸引するように配置され、適応された1つ又は複数の装置と、
1つ又は複数の装置によって吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するように配置され、適応された液体トラップ又は分離器と
を含む、急速蒸発イオン化質量分析(「REIMS」)を実行するための器具が提供される。
1つ又は複数の電極を含む電気手術ツールを提供することと、
検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を分析のために分析器に又は分析器に向かって吸引することと、
吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するために液体トラップ又は分離器を使用することと
を含む、急速蒸発イオン化質量分析(「REIMS」)の方法が提供される。
生物組織を電気手術ツールと接触させ、検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を発生させるために電気手術ツールを活性化することと、
検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を吸引する、並びに/又は残りの吸引された検体、煙、煙霧、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を、検体イオンを形成するために質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計の真空チャンバの中に位置する衝突表面に当たらせる前に吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄することと、
検体イオンを質量分析すること、及び/又はイオン移動度分析することと
を含む電気手術の方法が提供される。
1つ又は複数の電極を含む急速蒸発イオン化質量分析(「REIMS」)電気手術ツールと、
使用中に、電気手術ツールが検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を発生させるために生物組織と接触するとき電気手術ツールを活性化するように配置され、適応された装置と、
検体、煙、煙霧、液体、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気を吸引するように配置され、適応された装置と、
吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するように配置され、適応された装置と、
(i)使用中、残りの検体、煙、煙霧、ガス、手術排煙、エアロゾル、及び/又は蒸気が検体イオンを形成するために衝突表面に当たるように配置される、質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計の真空チャンバの中に位置する衝突表面、及び(ii)検体イオンを質量分析する及び/又はイオン移動度分析するための質量分析器及び/又はイオン移動度分析器を含む質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計と
を含む、電気手術器具が提供される。

Claims (15)
- 質量分析及び/又はイオン移動度分光分析のための器具であって、
標的からエアゾール、煙、又は蒸気を発生させるように配置され、適応された第1の装置と、
分析器に又は分析器に向かってエアロゾル、煙、蒸気、及び/又は液体を吸引するように配置され、適応された1つ又は複数の第2の装置と、
液体トラップ又は分離器であって、液体収集装置又はドレーン管と、前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が吸引された液体を検出するように配置され、適応された液体検出器とを備える液体トラップ又は分離器と
を備え、
前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、前記1つ又は複数の第2の装置によって吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するように配置され、適応され、
前記液体検出器が吸引された液体を検出するときに、次いで前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が前記液体の少なくとも一部を前記液体収集装置又は前記ドレーン管に迂回させるように配置され、適応されるべく、前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器がさらに配置され、適応された器具。 - 内視鏡をさらに備え、
前記第1の装置が前記内視鏡プローブを備える又は前記内視鏡プローブの部分を形成し、
前記第1の装置が前記内視鏡プローブのポートを通して配備されるように配置され、適応される、請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記第1の装置が周囲イオン若しくはイオン化源を備える若しくは周囲イオン若しくはイオン化源の部分を形成する、又は前記第1の装置が周囲イオン若しくはイオン化源若しくは他のイオン化源による以後のイオン化のために前記エアロゾル、前記煙、又は前記蒸気を発生させる、請求項1又は2に記載の器具。
- 前記第1の装置が、前記標的に照射するためのレーザーを備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記第1の装置が、(i)急速蒸発イオン化質量分析(「REIMS」)イオン源、(ii)脱離エレクトロスプレーイオン化(「DESI」)イオン源、(iii)レーザー脱離イオン化(「LDI」)イオン源、(iv)熱脱離イオン源、(v)レーザーダイオード熱脱離(「LDTD」)イオン源、(vi)電気流集束による脱着イオン化(「DEFFI」)イオン源、(vii)誘電体バリア放電(「DBD」)プラズマイオン源、(viii)大気圧固体分析プローブ(「ASAP」)イオン源、(ix)超音波支援スプレーイオン化イオン源、(x)簡便な大気圧音波スプレーイオン化(「EASI」)イオン源、(xi)脱離大気圧光イオン化(「DAPPI」)イオン源、(xii)ペーパースプレー(「PS」)イオン源、(xiii)噴流脱離イオン化(「JeDI」)イオン源、(xiv)タッチスプレー(「TS」)イオン源、(xv)ナノDESIイオン源、(xvi)レーザーアブレーションエレクトロスプレー(「LAESI」)イオン源、(xvii)リアルタイム直接分析(「DART」)イオン源、(xviii)プローブエレクトロスプレーイオン化(「PESI」)イオン源、(xix)固体プローブ支援エレクトロスプレーイオン化(「SPA‐ESI」)イオン源、(xx)キャビトロン超音波外科用吸引器(「CUSA」)装置、(xxi)集束超音波切除装置又は非集束超音波切除装置、(xxii)マイクロ波共鳴装置、及び(xxiii)パルスプラズマRF切開装置から成るグループから選択されるイオン源を備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、前記液体検出器が吸引された液体を検出するとき、次いで前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が前記液体の少なくとも一部を捕捉及び/又は廃棄するようにさらに配置され、適応されてよいように配置され、適応される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体検出器が、光透過検出器、光反射検出器、超音波透過検出器、超音波反射率検出器、及び/又は電気的検出器を備える、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、吸引された液体を吸収及び/又は捕捉及び/又は廃棄するように配置され、適応された1つ又は複数の多孔質材及び/又は吸収材料を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、液体遠心分離機を備える、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器は入口を備える密閉されたチャンバを備え、前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、使用中、前記エアロゾル、前記煙、若しくは前記蒸気、及び/又は前記液体が前記入口を通して前記チャンバの中に導入されるように配置され、適応され、
前記密閉されたチャンバがさらに出口を備え、前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が、使用中、エアロゾル、煙、及び/又は蒸気が、液体が実質的にチャンバを離れることなく、前記出口を通って前記チャンバを離れることができるように配置され、適応される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の器具。 - 使用中、前記入口の出口は、前記出口の入口の下方に位置する、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が最大水位の又は最大水位に近い液体を含むときに、前記器具のユーザにフィードバック及び/又はアラーム及び/又は警報を生成するように配置され、適応される装置をさらに備える、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が最大水位の又は最大水位に近い液体を含む場合に、前記器具への電力を削減若しくは停止する、又はそれ以外の場合前記器具を無効にするように配置され、適応される装置をさらに備える、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の器具を備える質量分析計及び/又はイオン移動度分光計。
- 人間の手術及び治療のためでなく質量分析及び/又はイオン移動度分光分析のための方法であって、
第1の装置を使用し、標的からエアロゾル、煙、又は蒸気を発生させることと、
分析器に又は分析器に向かってエアロゾル、煙、若しくは蒸気、及び/又は液体を吸引することと、
液体収集装置又はドレーン管と液体検出器とを備える液体トラップ又は分離器を使用して、吸引された液体を捕捉及び/又は廃棄することとを含み、
前記液体検出器が吸引された液体を検出するときに、次いで前記液体トラップ又は前記分離器が前記液体の少なくとも一部を前記液体収集装置又は前記ドレーン管に迂回させる、方法。
