Description
自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質により形成された閉鎖小胞体又は水酸基を有する重縮合ポリマーの粒子を含むO/Wエマルション型であり、

温度25℃における粘度が3,000mPa・s以上である皮膚外用剤。
自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質により形成された閉鎖小胞体又は水酸基を有する重縮合ポリマーの粒子を含むO/Wエマルション型であり、
さらに、金属酸化物粒子と、保湿剤、擬似セラミド、またはリン脂質の中から選ばれる1種または2種以上とを含む皮膚外用剤。
自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質により形成された閉鎖小胞体又は水酸基を有する重縮合ポリマーの粒子を含むO/Wエマルション型であり、
さらに、金属酸化物粒子を含み、
前記金属酸化物粒子が酸化亜鉛である皮膚外用剤。
自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質により形成された閉鎖小胞体又は水酸基を有する重縮合ポリマーの粒子を含むO/Wエマルション型であり、
さらに、金属酸化物粒子を含む抗シワ剤。
ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース誘導体の溶液から重縮合ポリマー粒子の分散液を調製した。そこに、酸化亜鉛粒子、各種保湿剤、油剤を添加し、撹拌して、表1に示す処方のとおりに、皮膚外用剤を調製した。
重縮合ポリマー粒子の分散液の代わりに、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース誘導体の溶液を用い、表1に示す処方を採用した点を除き、実施例と同様の手順で皮膚外用剤を調製した。
ブルックフィールド社製のB型粘度計を用い、スピンドルNo.5、回転数4rpmで測定(測定の恒温槽中の温度は25℃)することにより、粘度を測定した。この結果を表2および図1〜2に示す。
被験者の試験部(前腕内側)を洗浄した後、恒温恒湿環境下(25℃、50%)に30分間順化し、製剤塗布後の保湿性を官能試験により評価した。具体的には、「なめらか感」及び「しっとり感」の各項目について、以下に記載する基準に従い5段階で評価し、合計点数を保湿性の指標とした。この結果を表2に示す。

300mlビーカーに水道水200mlをいれ、製剤約0.025gを添加した後、スターラーで5分間撹拌後の白濁状態を、水道水溶解性として目視にて以下に記載する基準に従い5段階で評価した。この結果を表2に示す。
5 : 耐水性が高い
4 : 耐水性はやや高い
3 : 耐水性は普通程度
2 : 耐水性はやや低い
1 : 耐水性が低い
なお、金属酸化物粒子を含まない状態において、三相乳化(比較例5)の場合、界面活性剤系(比較例8)とは異なり、保湿剤を含まなくとも、粘度が比較的高かった。しかしながら、金属酸化物粒子を添加することにより、保湿剤を含まない三相乳化による乳化物(比較例5)の粘度は著しく低下した(比較例5と比較例6、または比較例5と比較例7の比較)。なお、界面活性剤系では、金属酸化物粒子を添加しないもの(比較例8)、添加したもの(比較例9、10)のいずれも粘度は低かった。このことから、金属酸化物粒子を添加した状態で乳化物の粘度を高く保つためには、単に三相乳化によって乳化するだけでは不十分であり、保湿剤等の配合が必要なことが示唆された。
表3に示す処方を採用した点を除き、実施例1、比較例1と同様の手順で、皮膚外用剤を調製した。
被験者の試験部(前腕内側)を洗浄した後、恒温恒湿環境下(25℃、50%)に30分間順化し、製剤塗布前および塗布15分後、30分後、60分後の角質水分量をSKICON−200EX(IBS社製)を用い測定した。その後、塗布した製剤を水で洗い流して除去し、水分を拭き取ってから30分間放置した後、角質水分量の測定を行った。測定は1被験部位につき5回測定し、平均値を算出した。数値は角質水分量(μS)を示し、数値が高いほど角質水分量が高いことを示す。この結果を表4および図3〜9に示す。なお、図3〜9において、t検定により、危険率が5%未満、1%未満、0.1%未満で有意差ありと判断された結果を、*、**、***で各々示した。
また、実施例では耐水性が優れていたのに対して、組成的には同じだがヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース誘導体を粒子化しなかった界面活性剤系である比較例では、耐水性は悪かった(実施例9と比較例13、実施例10と比較例14の比較)。
なお、保湿剤、擬似セラミド、およびリン脂質の組合せを含む実施例13は、実施例の中でも特に塗布後の感触がよく、持続的な保湿感も感じられた。
ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース誘導体の溶液から重縮合ポリマー粒子の分散液を調製した。そこに、金属酸化物粒子として、酸化亜鉛(12.5質量%)及び酸化チタン(0.8質量%)、保湿剤として、ヒアルロン酸、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、アセチルヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、アクリル酸ナトリウムグラフトデンプン、その他の原料として、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル等を添加して、皮膚外用剤を調製した。前述の方法で測定した粘度は、20,000mPa・sであった。
実施例14の皮膚外用剤を、目尻に小ジワのある成人女性17名を対象に、4週間にわたって投与した。具体的には、皮膚外用剤のパール粒2粒分を、1日1回、朝の洗顔後、右側または左側の一方の目尻を中心とする半顔全体に塗布し、もう片方には塗布しなかった。
ジステアリン酸ポリグリセリル−10の溶液から閉鎖小胞体の分散液を調製した。そこに、酸化亜鉛粒子、各種保湿剤、油剤を添加し、撹拌して、表5に示す処方のとおりに、皮膚外用剤を調製した。
閉鎖小胞体の分散液の代わりに、ステアリン酸ソルビタン及びポリソルベート80の溶液を用い、表5に示す処方を採用した点を除き、実施例15と同様の手順で皮膚外用剤を調製した。
実施例16は、実施例15に比べると粘度が相対的に低いが、金属酸化物(酸化亜鉛)粒子の存在下であっても乳化安定性に優れていたことから、保湿性および耐水性に優れることが示唆された。
Claims (4)
- 内相は油相であり、外相は水相であり、
自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質により形成された閉鎖小胞体又は水酸基を有する重縮合ポリマーの粒子を含むO/Wエマルション型であり、
さらに、表面が疎水性の金属酸化物粒子と、増粘剤または保湿剤とを含み、
前記金属酸化物粒子の少なくとも一部が前記油相中に含まれ、
温度25℃における粘度が3,000mPa・s以上である皮膚外用剤。 - さらに、保湿剤、擬似セラミド、またはリン脂質の中から選ばれる1種または2種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚外用剤。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子が酸化亜鉛である、請求項1又は2に記載の皮膚外用剤。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子が前記皮膚外用剤に対し9質量%以上の量で含まれる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の皮膚外用剤。
